AIRCAST02PLR Airlift PTTD Ankle Brace, Right, Large

I've have high arches, and chronic ankle instabilities on both feet. I've ordered a pair of airlift braces, tested out with right foot wearing and the left foot not wearing, from evening till next morning.In the evening I was wearing it while cooking my dinner. At the end of the day, I've already felt the difference, the foot without the brace felt relatively more tried and heavier than the other foot.I continue to wear the brace to sleep, the next morning, the foot with brace felt lighter than normal days!It really helps resting my foot in the right position, the airbag at the arch helps to relieve stress on my foot!

PTTD, but hard to get into a shoe.

I know they need to be supportive, but they are stiff and don't fit or work well in a shoe. I also had trouble that even if tightly strapped, my foot kept slipping in the arch - or the air pouch was moving with use. I found that I was taking them off and readjusting them a lot. If the arch is pumped up and slips to the wrong position, causes limping.I bought two - but had the same problem on each foot. Gave up on them.
