Works for Me but not everyone.
I am over 50. When I take this it makes me feel calm and relaxed. I love it. But, my sons who are in their 20s saw no effect. It allegedly is supposed to open your capillaries to increase blood flow. I take this before I work out. But, I guess, if you are younger, blood flow is not an issue. So, there is no guarantee it will work for you. But for me, this really works.

This garlic doesn't cause any heartburn or aftertaste like most garlic supplements normally do. They don't smell either. The pills are average-sized, not very small and not very large.

If u need black garlic in ur body as a health benefit then other than using black garlic paste in ur cooking, this is a convenient way to supplement your daily needs. The price is good for what it is. I got it for my wife as she has high blood pans black garlic helps to reduce it.
