Extremely soft and comfortable.
This was my 2nd purchase (for my sister this time), after my mom found her's to be extremely comfortable. It is extremely soft and comfortable unlike any other slippers used before. They loved it. Only one issue : once you get used to this, probably you won't like to wear regular slippers. :)

Not good for PLANTAR FASCIITIS, don't fall for such reviews. Very bad Quality.
This feels good for a couple of days but then it degrades to no limit. I bought them on 26 Feb and I've been using the chappals only at home, on a flat marble floor, never worn them outside. Have a look at the pictures. In less than a month, the belt is damaged, there is huge depression at the toes side. And it's not just my problem, there are so many people complaining about the same issue.I bought one more for a family member, the pair met the same fate. Very bad quality. NOT GOOD FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS as some people have claimed in the reviews.

Little tight for broader feet!!
Product quality is Good. It is soft. Size is also okay. But the only problem is..I have a little broad feet so it is somewhat tight for me. Hoping that with daily use it might get loose. Length wise it is True to size.

Seller takes full accountability.
After purchasing, one of the slippers had its strap broken after 4 months only, which can sometimes happen; however, the seller took full accountability and provided me with a new pair at no extra cost. The slippers are soft and comfortable and prevent slipping.You should probably order for a size one less than your standard wear.

Immediate replacement within 2 days of smaller size slippers with required size even though error was made from my side while ordering . Nice packaging!Amazon delivery: Fantastic as usual.
