poor directions
How is a mixture consisting solely of Adobe sauce, 1 lime, zested and 8 oz Mexican creme Fraiche combined in a bowl a "tequila sauce"?? And is it just the zest of the lime, which is what it sounds like, or some juice also included? Very poor directions. Most 'tequila sauces" I have seen actually have a little tequila in them. Of course there are good sauces for tamales without tequila sauce invovled- but those sauces are not called tequila sauces. This is in the very first recipe- where does it do from here?
