Q: Are these waterproof?

They can resist entry of water but are not that much water proof

Q: Does it cause blisters in the foot? And what is the experience playing with these shoes ?

Sufficiently cushioned so no blisters. Shoes are rugged so last a good duration despite the rigorous game of Basketball. This is my second pair of similar shoes from Nivea so I guess that will help you in taking a decision.
