Q: Can I get confirmation if these will hold coconut oil? And if so, for how long before it dissolves or turns flimsy?

I use these 00 capsules for oil and I've had no issue with dissolving whatsoever. I do, however, recommend storing your filled capsules in a cool, dry place. I keep mine in the fridge. *Also, be sure the capsule is securely closed. You'll hear a little click when you put them together.

HPMC vegetable cellulose, it's from Pine and Poplar trees

Q: What is the (plant) source of the cellulose that these capsules are made from?

I never got an answer from the company but from what information I found it's based off of pine and poplar trees. You can eat both but it's made from a specific part I forget what it was but basically trees

great quality, capsules are easy to take apart and put back together. This is the first time purchasing pill capsules so im not sure if others are usually thicker, but this is a thin capsule which i think i would prefer. they are effective.
