I initially purchased this product because I was suspecting my cats of peeing on the bathroom floor. I recently brought home a new cat and there's a battle over territory that's driving me insane. I have a bad sense of smell and I'm constantly paranoid. I saw Jackson Galaxy using this product in his old show and I caved in and purchasing one. It's not expensive, so why not. OMG. The UV light has open my eyes. It's not my cats that have been causing a mess. It's been ME!! The toliet was so gross from the hard water, the sink and bath tube as well. The walls had this mysterious drips. My bed was also another area that was so gross. I'm so embarrassed to share, but I wanted to let you know that it works. In terms of cat pee/human pee, it does reflect on the phosphorous. It's not as bright as hard water. But it's definitely apparent. It's a decent flashlight. It has a really good weight to it and I think it's energy efficient. I don't really like how it's using 3 AAA batteries. but it's fine. It says 8 hours, which i think is an okay amount of energy, since it's pretty bright for a small flashlight. It is made of metal. so you could wack someone with it......just saying. My minor issue is I got a returned product. I know, because the instructions says to remove the plastic in the chamber before use --but it was already removed when i got it. I didn't return it because it works.

This light seems to be well made, the switch is easy to use and switch between modes and the focusing head moves freely. The light comes with a spacer to allow for the use of an 18650 battery as is typically used in such tactical style lights, as well as an adapter to use 3-AAA alkaline batteries, so you have some options to power the light. The light comes with a total of four modes: high power white light, lower power white light, flashing white light, and UV. This makes it a versatile tool for daily use as well as for special purposes requiring UV light. The one thing I would change about this light is that it does not remember the mode you were last using when the light is switched off, so that each time you turn the light on you must cycle through the modes to return to your chosen mode. To reach the UV mode, all the white light modes must be cycled through, so if you need a UV light more than a white light, there may be better options for your specific need. All in all this is a handy little all around light and is a great value for the price.

This is a great flashlight. I love that you can move the end in or out to adjust the size of the beam. It has 4 settings you can cycle through. Pressing the button slightly changes between them, or you can quickly turn it off and on. There are two normal lights, one bright and one less bright. Then there is the ultraviolet light, and a strobe light. The ultraviolet light works, but I wish it were brighter. We have a few cheap keychain-style UV lights that came with glow-in-the-dark toys, and they are MUCH more powerful. Overall, I’m very satisfied. I tumble rocks, and mainly use this light when I check them for cracks and holes, and when I take pictures of them.

I got this to look for mold and hidden pet urine spots in the house. But am delighted by what a great little general purpose flashlight it is! I have only had it a few days, so I can’t say if it is durable or if the batteries it comes with last, but they are standard AAA’s, so they are easily replaceable. The internal battery holder is flimsy plastic, so be careful inserting. The exterior seems tough and well made. The light is very bright (don’t shine in anyone’s eyes!), and it cycles through bright, dimmer, flashing, and black light by simply clicking the rear button. Regarding the black light, it is astonishing what shows up. I thought my laundry room was clean…The English version of the instructions are hilarious and obviously translated by someone who does not speak English. But really, I don’t know why anyone would need instructions, as it functions just like any other flashlight you’ve owned, with the additional black light choice. I’m considering getting more as gifts!

Amazed at how well this flashlight has lasts AND at long a life I get out of the batteries. Mostly use it to walk the dog, but also to check for pee around the house. Super bright white light and pretty good UV. The UV function is the first to fade when thye batteries age, but this item has lasted well past what I expect from any modern battery operated light tools. Only issue has been with the loop wrist strap. Have been unable to keep on it, but the flashlight is large enough and handles well enough that that's not a serious drawback.

This light actually has separate LEDs for UV and white lights. You can choose UV or White light! We bought this light to find an oil leak with UV light. Pictured, you can see the oil with a dye in it, it shows as reddish green with this light. It works well as a UV light, and well enough as a regular light. It is always good to have multitaskers in your tool box. BTW, it comes with an opaque sleeve that fits over a 18650 size 3.7V battery. The light is much brighter with a 3.7V battery, plus, its rechargeable. Glad to have this light when we need it. No regrets. LETION UV Flashlight, LED UV Torch 2 in 1 UV Black Light

Bought this at the same time as I bought a 2 pack of larger dedicated black lights. The black light on this showed the dye I used in my car coolant and dirt in a motel room just fine. It has only one black light LED so not nearly as bright as a dedicated black light flashlight with 52 LEDs but still works well. The white light is reasonably bright (at least with new batteries) and the front lens slides in and out to widen the beam or create a focused spot. In Spot mode it let me see leaves on a tree 50 feet away so it's reasonably strong. No, it does not compete with my friend's 2000 lumen flash light but is fine for regular use as a flashlight. You switch modes by pressing the button on the end. Each press puts it in a different mode. To get to black light mode you have have to go through 2 white light levels and the rapidly flashing white light. The rapid flashing light is fast so I find it annoying, but it certainly is visible. Casing is aluminum with a rubber button on the end. It has a belt clip built in and came with a strap. Uses 3 AAA batteries in a special holder and the whole thing fits in my hand comfortably with the end sticking out about an inch and a half. Feels solid. The zoom sleeve moves very easily. I would use this for walks in the woods at night, and I may take it sailing as an emergency man overboard light (I will not use it on the boat as it is too bright and would destroy night vision.) It now lives in my car door pocket.

The flashlight works, but the overall quality isn’t great. It scratches pretty easily with normal use, and sometimes it doesn’t respond or turn on reliably. It’s okay for occasional use, but not something I would depend on.

Lo bueno: es practica, cómoda de llevar y el zoom funciona de maravilla. Lo malo: el botón de encendido es un poco insensible como para cambiar la modalidad, pero en general funciona bien, la luz blanca es brillante y con el zoom tienes mínimo unos tres metros de visibilidad media. General: es económica y si requieres funciones muy particulares te puede funcionar bastante bien, para campistas no la recomiendo, pero para uso del hogar en general es buena y 100% recomendada.

Muy buena potencia de luz y sobre todo las pilas ya incluidas. Por el precio está muy bien. Es de metal y dice que es resistente a salpicaduras leves. Si la recomiendo.
