Razor Hovertrax 2.0

I bought this Hoverboard through amazon for my son for his birthday. After a few months of use an alarm started going off every time he powers it on. I paid for an extra warranty but can’t get anyone at customer service to contact me. I’ve been trying to get help for over a month. My son is very disappointed and so am I.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We got this for my Son's birthday gift and after using it for about two weeks, it started making a weird noise. I should have returned it back then. We continues riding it and this morning (~40 days after the purchase), it started shaking and my 11-year old son fell off of it and bumped his ribs to a chair. Thank God that it had a cushion on it. He got a small bruise but he seems okay so far. I am attaching a video that clearly shows how shaky the hoverboard is. I am definitely returning this. I want my money back!!!

I got this hoverboard to my daughter for Christmas but looks like I have to quickly find something else. I did charge it as instruction told for 6 hours, but nothing happens after I press the power button. I also tried to hold the power button for 20 seconds as instruction suggests, but it does not help.That is a huge disappointment because I have to drive from Canada to pick up this hoverboard and now I have to drive back to return it.

This is one of the more expensive hoverboards purchased for my granddaughters birthday. The original one stopped working within a couple of days and we were able to return to Amazon for a replacement. The replacement worked for 1 yr and now stops abruptly causing the rider to fall. I purchased the 2 yr warranty through Square Trade and getting the run around on replacement. This product is not worth the price or safety issues. If I could give it -0- stars I would. Would NOT recommend purchase

I bought this for my 2 sons (and husband too!) for the holidays and it arrived in perfect condition. This is such a high quality hoverboard- the features it has are fantastic (self leveling, lights, training level, smooth ride) and the actual construction is very solid. I highly recommend this board.

Got this for my daughter in October. Hasn’t even been 6 months and now it won’t even power on. They have the worst warranty I’ve seen and I will never buy another one of their products.

We have 3 different hover boards and this one is the easiest kid friendly one to use. This board seems to be easy to balance which makes it nice because when it's not balancing the board will sputter and it will end up knocking you off. Once one of the little ones get knock off due to its sputtering they tend to get discourage. Thankfully this one rarely does that. This board is easy to use, all you have to do is gently press the button which is located on the back. Once you power it on you gently step onto the board and go. The board will go faster as long as you Lean forward and press down with your toes. It's just as easy to slow down as it is to go, to slow down you press back with your heals and the board will slow down. It can come to a complete stop by doing this until it comes to a stop. The board comes with a charger that charges fairly quickly. The lights on the board help indicated the level of it charge.. /

Very disappointed with this product a real danger!! I have bought this brand thinking that it’s better then all other unknown brands on amazon but found out the hard way that the name Razor adds no value.One day out of the blue my 9 year old son turned on his hoverboard wanting to play with it as usual, the hoverboard started spinning on high speed for hours until the battery died out, it was knocking in to kids while it was spinning it was extremely dangerous, there was no way of stopping it as it’s so heavyweight and going on such fast speed it was out of human control.I reached out to the company Razor they promised to replace it, but of course that never happened....!

Bought this for my 11 yr old daughter for Christmas. It has met/exceeded all expectations! Smooth ride, about 3 hours of riding time/charge, 1.5- 2 hours to charge but that's not a problem. It is well constructed and she has had HOURS of enjoyment riding her hoverboard. Better made than some competitors...worth the extra price for quality.

I was hesitant about ordering a hover board, after hearing so many comlaints about battery issues and quality of some of the boards out there, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hover board by Razor. The instruction manual was well written and easy to understand. My 10 year old had no problem understanding the charging and riding instructions, and has been happily riding it for a month now. This is a great product and I feel that Razor is a reputable company I can trust. Great job, Razor!

I like this hoverboard but it was written it will be hovertrax 2.0 but it is 1.5Overall good

This hoverboard is perfect for my 9 year old son. It seems well made and works well, there are no issues so far after 1 month of use. The only drawback is that the battery life is short, only 1 hour. Still seems worthwhile to me.

Our kids (9 &12 old) likes it very much. It is well made and a really good product.
