Planning a set up using 2 off camera speedlights. Will this transmitter connect with both or do I need additional transmitters?

If the two speedlites are both Godox brand, you don't need extra trigger. For other flashes, you need extra receivers for the flashes. Thanks!

Will this work with the canon eos-r and the canon speedlite 600ex ii-rt? and do you have to have a receiver in order to wirelessly flash the speedlite

Hello! You need a receiver (X1R-C) to use with your flash. Also you should choose XPro-C for Canon. Thanks!
