Good addition to granola

i am working on removing refined sugar from my diet and purchased this to add to recipes, as a snack, and as a topping. Luckily, I love coconut because it is a solution in many alternative versions of traditional dishes!The quality of this coconut is great. Don't let "unsweetened" deter you from trying it if you're used to sweetened coconut. The coconut has a naturally sweet flavor and tastes better on its own.This coconut is delicious and great with a variety of recipes. I enjoy eating it as a snack or adding as a sweetener to oatmeal, nuts, and even dark chocolate covered dried fruit.

Consistently tasty and uniform. Great in cookies--I like to soak it and squeeze out the liquid--and I love that there's no sugar or sweetener added.

It's a nice product, a bit insipid because of the lack of sugar. It does have the coconut flavor which is what I bought it for.

I liked that this coconut came in 2 smaller sized resealable bags. It was drier and less flavor than other brands that I've used. But it worked okay in my Keto cereal recipe. I probably would go back to the original brand I've used in the past. It was shipped very quickly!

Recipe called for flaked Coconut. I thought it would be more flake-like but seemed more shredded.I had to buy another brand. However, I sure it will work in other recipes

The quality was great. I put 1 pound each into 2 different beers and both turned out awesome. Price was the only thing I thought was to high, I think next time I will probably buy 5 pounds from a different supplier to save some money.

This product is closer to shredded coconut. I was anticipating the Chinese version of flake coconut, about 1/2 inch wide. It tastes good, it simply is much smaller in size than anticipated.
