I've been using it for two years now in the UK and it works perfectly well. And I've used others that do not fit my laptop charger but this is ideal for all kinds of devices. The USB ports on the side are very helpful to charge phone, smartwatch etc. it even worked in India for my UK device by using the other pin. I do not need to carry separate converters when traveling to different places. This works everywhere.

The media could not be loaded.  The plug is not long enough to use it on some of the US sockets, and it keeps falling of. Otherwise the features are good, and it serves the purpose!

I purchased this product around a year ago. While I haven't extensively utilised it, my overall impression has been satisfactory. The adapter seemed to perform adequately, assisting me during my travels. However, a downside has emerged as one of the USB ports has ceased functioning. This decline in functionality is disappointing, and I hope it doesn't reflect a broader issue with the product's quality. It's important to have reliable accessories for travel, and I'm hoping the remaining USB port continues to function without problems.

It's too small and mobile Indian charger not fits properly inside so don't buy this item for Mobile charging purpose and it can be returned back so waste of money too and doesn't know about its working.

Simple and works without any fumbling. I'm in China as I write, and it allows me to connect both 110 and 220 volt devices (assuming they are dual voltage).

The seller needs to updated their photo of the adapter because it is hexagonal shape which fits the Switzerland outlets perfectly. Before buying the item, I was worried that the round shape was not going to fit well. However, when I received the item, it is hexagonal as pictured. I needed this particular adapter because I had items that I needed to plug in with US prongs and European prongs. Both worked well. It was useful to have two plugs on the adapter as well.
