Does what it's designed to do
I used this fish tape for the first time today and it basically just paid for itself. It allowed me to run a cable through a 45' long, 1/2" conduit that a telephone company tech gave up on. I did some research, ordered this tape, and got the job done, and it wasn't even difficult. The only improvement I'd suggest is supplying a couple of additional leaders. I kinked the one that came with the tape, but it's still worked.

Excellent for this price
I am doing some wiring and my initial purchase was the Klein Steel Fish Tape, which is great for straight runs and if you need a lot of pull strength but it had limited flexibility to go around bends. Therefore decided to buy this (given the low price and noted flexibility) and it has worked great. If you are doing any short runs this is actually easier to use than the Klein Steel Fish Tape and way, way, way cheaper than Klein's fiberglass option. Can't really attest to how long it will last and other comments on snapping might be valid, but this has vastly exceeded my expectations given the price point.

It works as intended
Pushed and pulled through 1-1/2” EMT conduit without kinking up endlessly for about 25 runs. I wish they made a shorter version, maybe 20’ vs this length because in residential applications 50’ can be excessive and I had a great deal of spaghetti on the floor.Overall, a very purposeful tool for anyone running wires in or outside of conduit. Word of advice — I always led with the non-flexible side and I did not use the included wire pull adapter. I just used electrical tape as I always have.

A must have
I'm a electrician who worked with fish tape's for I don't know how long...Worked 99% of the time with steel tape's, when you just can't get through a pipe, and you're lucky enough to have a fiber glass tape, you can get it, sometimes, with that one. just a few days ago I couldn't get it with with the finer glass tape, so in my frustration I went to Amazon and found this one, ordered it, came back to work today and got this through like it was nothing!!!I feel like break dancing!!!

BLAMMO! Very thin, strong, slick, and flexible, just like me!
This snake threaded my HDMI 2 HDR cable through a sticky sharply curved conduit, already contains one other cable on the very first try. It is a winner. The cable is very flexible for tight turns and helped by the fact that it is coated with a slick green plastic. Super easy to use. Very thin, strong, slick, and flexible, just like me!

High quality, value-minded fish tape. Good buy!
I purchased this for a few wiring pulls in my son's New home. I had misplaced my more expensive, hand-held tape, and needed a quick stand-in. I was very pleasantly surprised when I used this tape. It is sturdy, made well, and the attachments can be useful. For the money, this is a very good fish tape to keep around the home of business, or a backup to a higher quality tape, if you pull cable professionally. I am very happy with the purchase.

Amazing weasel
Simply amazing. Where 1/8” steel tape in a 40ft long 1/2” flexible non-metallic conduit with several turns was a total impasse, this thing sailed through like a weasel!

If you are not fishing a line through conduit it is worthless
If you are not fishing a line through conduit it is worthless. I broke my fish tape and I bought a replacement one. I needed to use it again and it is not ridged and will not fish through an open space. This is only good for conduit I think, I have not tried that so it may not work for that either. Sad that I can return now that I tried it but I guess that is on me.
