I'm an IT professional, and I cannot afford to have problems with my computer or peripherals when doing work for my clients. I need my hardware to be compact, light, and reliable. I look at the technology I use with a critical eye, and I have high expectations when it comes to the technology I purchase. That being said, this hub meets and exceeds my expectations.I'm using the QGeeM 8-in1 USB-C Hub on an HP Envy X360 Laptop and a Samsung S9 Plus Phone.There have been no recognition or connectivity issues on either device. The hub connects flawlessly to both my Windows and Android devices.While it is not likely that I will ever have the need to utilize all 8 ports on the hub at once, I did utilize 6 out of the 8 ports on my laptop...all but the HDMI and USB-C PD; and had absolutely no issues at all.I've been using this device for 8+ hours a day, and have had no unexpected disconnects or hiccups at all.If you are looking for an affordable, compact, multi-function hub, this is a very sturdy and reliable choice. Don't hesitate to buy!I highly recommend this product.

I currently have the QGeeM USB C Hub plugged into my 2018 MacBook Pro with an external monitor through hdmi, speakers, and RGB Keyboard and Mouse, ethernet and a power cable. The internet download speed is much better than using just wifi and the hdmi works flawlessly. I also want to point out that I have a USB C extension cable going from the MacBook to the hub and it hasn't affected it negatively in any way. I have another hub from a different brand for my other monitor and they both work great with each other. I don't use if for travel but I do leave it behind my monitor and completely forget it's there. I just want to point out however that if you have a stand for your MacBook like I do the cable is pretty short and it would just hang there so keep that in mind.Overall, it works how it's supposed to and I wouldn't be able to have my home setup without this hub. Five Stars.

I use this with my iPad Pro 12.9 inch and it is fantastic. I can hard wire into the internet, use my headphones and charge my iPad all while using it. I use this for work and it is perfect and light weight. Even with all the plugins attached it isn’t heavy and weighing on the port on the iPad itself which was as my concern.Highly recommend. For the money you won’t get better.

I purchased this specifically for the Surface Book 2, but it also works great with Samsung phones!The Surface Book 2 only has 2 USB3 "A" ports and a single USB C. With this device, It adds a few more USB A ports and the much needed HDMI out for a second monitor, LAN and SD Card and a true bonus (my Surface Book 2 has a micro adapter that is permanently installed, so I needed an extra SD card port).CHARGING: The surface book allows charging through the USB C port, and this unit's PD port will pass-through the charge. So if you're traveling, and doing only light work, you can get by on a smaller USB C charger + this dongle for all your presentation needs!I tested the HDMI into a 4k monitor, and at 30Hz it's usable for writing documents, watching tutorials, but if you want to game, you need to reduce the resolution to 1920x1080 60Hz for better response time (resolutions above that are only 30Hz through this dongle).I also need the LAN so I can use some networked animation equipment with the Lan port (I have yet to test, but will try soon!)The bonus is how well this works with phones! Stream movies porting your phone's screen to a 50+" TV and CHARGE using the PD port at the same time. You can even plug in a thumb drive/SD Card to access media (great for portable presentation devices. leave your laptop at home). Use the 3.5mm jack for media speakers, if your phone wasn't designed with that jack.Really, this is the accessory you need.

I bought this hub specifically for my Samsung tablet S7 Plus. It works great! I can have 2 thumb drives, or an external hard drive hooked up, micro SD card (no adapter needed) or SD card and icing on the cake is the headphone jack since there is none on the S7 tablet - its nice to be able to use your non-bluetooth headsets you have lying around. Even if you are not using DeX mode this hub makes your tablet super versatile. A note to the seller - put compatibility with Samsung Tab S7 Plus in your product description - anyone that buys that tablet needs one of these.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I tested this hub with my 2017 iMac, 2018 iPad Pro, and 2020 MacBook Pro. The number of connections on this hub, for this price range, makes this device a great deal. I didn't have any issues with my Apple products, but this device can get very hot after just a few minutes of use. So I use it elevated from the desk and far from the devices. All ports work great and the USB ports deliver the promised speed. Having the ability to connect it to a power supply via the USB-C input is great because reduces the number of cables on a MacBook set up and allows us to keep iPads charged during the use. I notice a random glitch when putting my Macbook to sleep - sometimes the image on the external monitor gets messy and you need to restart the device - but this could also be a cable or monitor issue. The audio terminal provides audio output only and the ethernet connection is a plus to have on such a small device. All in all, I'm very happy with the product, and if the manufacturer solves the heating issue it would be a perfect product!

This USB hub adds so much to my already feature packed Galaxy Tab S7+. I can easy access photos from my DSLR cameras memory card or files on a USB flash drive.My wifi signal is nothing to complain about, but nothing beats a wired connection for virtual meetings and online events. The ethernet port on this hub gives my Tab S7+ an ethernet connection.And then there's the HDMI port. I already have wireless screensharing options like wireless Dex by Samsung, or the screensharing to my Chromecast. But the HDMI port on this hub will come in handy if I'm ever in a situation where those options aren't available. This was a great addition to my Android tablet.

Having tested all the ports I can confirm this USB-C hub works. One note, on my Huawei Matebook X Pro if this port is plugged into the power USB-C port instead of the thunderbolt USB-C port then only the power and HDMI ports work, the USB and SD Card ports seem to connect and disconnect continuously. However this is fixed when plugged into a Thunderbolt port.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per espandere le possibilità di connessione offerte dal mio iPAD 2020; sono un musicista che lavora con strumentazione midi USB compliant; sono riuscito a connettere all'iPAD tutti i miei strumenti senza problemi e in più, grazie alla connessione USB-C abilitata alla ricarica, non ho più il problema di restare senza riserva di energia in un contesto live. La possibilità di collegarmi alla rete tramite ethernet mi consente di avere una connessione stabile per fare piccole dirette FB; l'AUX audio mi consente di monitorare quello che suono; non ho sfruttato ancora la connessione HDMI, ma la proverò. Il contenitore di alluminio disperde efficentemente il calore generato in fase di carico, mentre il precedente hub che utilizzavo in plastica si scaldava in maniera preoccupante. In sintesi, sono molto soddisfatto del nuovo hub che comprende tutte le mie esigenze sopra descritte. Molto consigliato.
