Work well but smell/taste not great. I can recommend them
These worked quite well. They lasted me a bit more than a month. Definitely kept me sharp and awake. Only bad thing is the capsules smell an taste like proper vegan friendly stuff! Lol. Not great. But bearable and worth the pros.

Health supplement.
Nice and well packaged products. I tried using these for 2 weeks on a daily basis, but unfortunately, these don’t work for me.

Seemed to do the trick, but who knows for sure.
Not sure if this specifically helped my brain fog, but took these as part of a lifestyle change process which seemed to help my concentration, memory etc. Don’t think you can say for sure that this product did the trick, but I certainly felt better after taking them.

Didn’t work for me and would miss
Just didn’t make a dot of difference for me. Took the whole containers worth and didn’t notice any improvement in fatigue or brain function.Lots of this type of supplements around and I don’t actually think any of them have been noticeable in change of mood or cognitive function

Actually Works
The media could not be loaded. I had doubts about Brain-Flex and I still think a percentage of the content will go straight through you without effect - but overall, it is actually working, I definitely feel brighter and more energetic, yet I have only taken one dose every other day - I would probably be packing my bags ready for the Olympics if I took three doses (3 X 2 capsules), the recommended maximum.Joking aside, it is important to read the ingredients on the bottle to ensure there are no allergens there for you or things present that you already take. In my case, I have to be cautious about caffeine content as too much gives me a cough and indigestion. As you can see in my video, even the bottle is innovative, seals the contents well and can be posted through any letter box without getting damaged.I'm sure the mention of the Brain may put off some people from trying Brain-Flex but this is not a medicine of chemicals, it is assembled with natural ingredients. The capsule itself tastes a bit like seaweed but the taste dissipates quickly enough.I'm pleased with the results I'm getting and there have been no side effects, not even from the caffeine. Without exceeding the maximum recommended dose, I think if you want to try it, start gradually and see if it works for you.Video: On a PC, left mouse click the maximise symbol, bottom right corner, to view the video full-screen. Good Array of Ingredients & Compounds, But Concern over Price & Dose
These Nootropic supplements contain a range of compounds and supplements with the intension of increasing energy levels, improving focus and reducing tiredness. You have to take these capsules at specific times (i.e. 45 minutes before food or 90 minutes after food), I'm guessing these are the optimal times for maximum absorption of the ingredients. The capsules are a bit on the large side, but they are "okay" to swallow. By that I mean not the easiest but also not the most difficult I've tried before. You can take between 2 and 6 capsule a day - and I have concerns over the latter. These is such a thing as vitamin toxicity, and taking the maximum dose would give you a whooping 480,000% recommend daily allowance of Vitamin B12.Taking two capsules a day this box of 60 would last one month, which is reasonably good value for money considering the high quality ingredients and the benefits of not having bovine gelatine and so forth. If you opted to take more than two capsules (up the max of 6), then they would obviously work out a lot more expensive. While they are high quality and natural, I personally haven't noticed any improvement in my focus and tiredness levels as of yet. Which for me is strange, as I do get a "bit of a boost" from other similar products such as those orange flavour effervescent tablets you add to a glass of water. These are perhaps still worth trying if you need something very friendly to those with dietary requirements, as these are gluten and dairy free, suitable for vegetarians and free from yest.
