This is a good product to take if you just need a little help sleeping. It never gives you a headache and there are no next morning hangovers. I’ve been taking it for years and never had any problems.

I have a liver disease and need to take high doses of melatonin daily. These tablets are easy to swallow, leave a nice taste in my mouth and work so fast. They are a great price.

The pill size and effectiveness combined with ease of use are the most positive attributes in my opinion. I docked one star for the ingredients, because the red color is unnecessary in my view. Also, the added sweetness is overdone, I think. As for the seal and the texture, I'd say it's just right. I think the texture is alright. The value is okay without being one of the better values, in my experience.

Its hard to find the higher mg melatonin and these are definitely it. Also a great price for as many as you get. I love this brand for many different things. Definitely not disappointed

Not the ole original 20 mg formula surprise it’s flavored strawberry which is nice but it has sorbitol super sweet with aftertaste n sucralose artificial sweetener effects my health negatively with weight gain n destroys my gut biome

Hola, compre estas pastillas de melatonina de 20mg por su mayos concentración que otras marcas que vi en Amazon, ya que sufro de insomnio severo hace unos años, pero en la madrugada me empieza un dolor suave de cabeza y va aumentando con el paso de las horas, también resequedad en la garganta, y despero el dormir, por lo cual mi sueño no es constante y parejo como debería ser, intenté dividiendo la pastilla en dos partes para bejar la dosis y tampoco me funcionó, estuve averiguando y esa dosis que vende Micro Ingredientes es muy alta, dicen los expertos que hay que empezar con dosis muy bajas e ir subiendo acorde como te vayas sintiendo. Decidí ya dividir es pastilla en 4 partes (voy a ver si lo logro) para bajar aún mas la dosis de cada pastilla, si no me funciona, será botar esta melatonina a la basura, primero está mi salud que seguir experimentando.
