How long does it last?

It doesn't work, so i don't know how long it lasts. I put it on everyday for 2 months and did not see any changes. I would not recommend buying.

Does it work on red scars?

Chromelin Complexion Blender dyes the skin to darken light or unpigmented areas of skin affected by vitiligo, scars, and other causes. It is designed to minimize the contrast between pigmented and unpigmented skin. It may not be as helpful for reddened skin, but it will darken any skin it's applied to.

Is the darkening of the skin permanent?

No, it will probably last a few weeks at the very most and that is only if you apply it to the area on a frequent basis.
