Value for money as the engraved picture frame was ordered as a birthday gift & has made our day special. They were very prompt in replying to any queries and did a wonderful job. It also was sent well in time. Plan to get one more done for ourselves and will definitely recommend it to friends too

1. The image quality engraved was below average2. The message line was separated into 2 lines badlyWe had asked for "Happy 16th Birthday Darling Khushnaz, with all our love"It was printed in 2 lines as below - which breaks the continuity"Happy 16th Birthday DarlingKhushnaz, with all our love"The line break should have been after the name and comma

I asked for this because of what it showed on Amazon. However the photo was carved and not just our faces. The faces did were not carved nicely. Not satisfied at all
