Thus far no problems with case. Customers need to make sure they take film off both inside and outside of case. I took mine off with tweezers. It would be easy to overlook, since the film is clear as well. I liked that the case came with a tempered glass screen protector, at a reasonable price. It looks like a clear case over a black phone (my phone at least). Simple and elegant. There is also a slight edge on case so screen doesn't touch the desk directly when turned over. If people are creative, they could place some wrapping paper, a picture, or even money under the clear cover, and use as the design. I will probably stick with clear for awhile. I like.

This fits like a glove. The screen protector is a little tricky to install without bubbles but care results in success. This case provides exceptional protection.

I really recommend this item tremendously.... only drawback is the front protected cover... it smudges very easily...
