First and foremost, BE CAREFUL with this. It is laser technology and can be very dangerous. It heats up instantly and cauterizes anything you get it close to. If you are sensitive to pain, you are not going to be able to use this. I would STRONGLY recommend a numbing cream. This is easy to use and does exactly what it says it is going to do. It has settings from 1-9. The lower level can be used to help with fine lines and the higher level will burn away skin. Make sure to keep the area that you zapped clean. Whether you are trying to remove a wart, a mole, a skintag etc you are going to create an open wound and you do not want it to get infected. I purchased this in order to remove a flat mole on my hand and it did work. It was somewhat painful as I did not use numbing cream. I highly recommend this for smaller blemishes etc. But be careful.

It arrived super fast and packed nicely for shipment. Everything was exctly as described in the listing. It came with clear instructions that are easy to follow. It is well made and is very comfortable to hold while using. It has a large bright LED display. I ordered to remove a couple small skin tags that are right where my bra strap goes. There is a small amount of pain, but not that bad at all. It is shocking and burning the skin tag so you can expect to feel something. To me it feels like tiny needles barely poking me. It takes a few times, but the skin tag will fall off. It is a great value for the price. No need to go to the doctor to remove something you can remove yourself at hime. I highly recommend!!!

So far this thing seems to be working perfectly. The directions where a bit tough to follow but there are a ton of YouTube videos that are how to use them. I have a spot on my nose that had always bothered me. It's already starting to fade away after only a couple treatments.

I had two skin tags on my neck and I used this to remove them.Firstly, it is a bit of shock that you get when the item does what it needs to do, because it's shocking your skin then eventually burning the skin tag off.Secondly, after about 4 days it's gone from my neck and it's perfect.
