I saw my friend using this to erase one of her stains and I immediately bought it. It works as expected and is effective at erasing oil and color stains. I often use it as a temporary solution to cleanse a stain before I have time to actually wash it. It doesn't seem to have a scent but you do have to go over the spot quite a few times to see a change in color
