I have installed this strap on my CPAP mask around 4-5 month ago. I leave in a place where the weather damages anything that is made out of latex or rubber. Up-to-date, They work like new and have not lost their elastic properties. The design fits perfectly in the mask and looks and performs very much alike to the OEM strap. Cross my fingers, want them to last one year at least.

... that came with my cPap machine, but my original is now five years old and the velcro is pretty much shot. But I think I remember what the original was like, and I don't think it is was good as this product, which is described as "compatible." This one is also much better because the back of the strap is thicker and wider, and much less likely to twist on the back of my head while sleeping. This was a bigger deal with my older one with the poor velcro, because when the velcro separated during the night it was harder to reattach it while wearing it if the velcro side of the strap had rolled facing towards my head. But it's still a feature I appreciate on the new strap.I was about to buy an OEM replacement from a web site specializing in cPap, and they wanted about $40 for it, as I recall. I was discouraged by that high a price for something so ... minuscule. Somebody is getting Medicare money.I was trying to figure out how I could make the one I previously had work better. Replace the velcro, somehow? Hold it together with diaper pins? Duct tape it? Then I came across this item on Amazon for only $13! I bought two.

It looks the same as the brand name, but doesn't fit the same. Seems much larger (and I've used CPAPs for over 10 years).

I believe this one is better than the original. Time will tell. But it’s sewn on the parts that go behind your head. This should help the thin support from raveling

Fits perfectly. Is exactly like the headgear I received with my machine. Great price as CPAP anything is typically pricey.

Works ok, just not as good as the ResMed headgear. With the ResMed the entire band is elastic whereas with this headgear, only the small little band at the rear is elastic. It just doesn't "wear" the same and I believe longevity is questionable since when that little elastic band stretches out it will need to be replaced.

My old strap is ancient; several years old. I decided to replace it as it was falling apart. This strap looked like it would work.I'm quite happy with it. It fits well and is quite comfortable. I have it fairly tight, and am experiencing the best seal I've had in a long time, due to how well this strap holds the mask in place. We'll see how long this one lasts.I'm happy with it.

The first one I bought lasted about a year. The second less than 6 months. How they made it worse I’ll never know; it was not great to begin with.
