I received the bed on a Friday, and was unsure if the shelves and trundle was coming. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond with an explanation and tracking.The bed itself was packaged very well with no nicks or scratches. If you follow the instructions, it goes together very easily but does take some time.All parts; bed, storage, and trundle seem to be very good quality and looks very nice!Now for some mattresses! This will be used for our grandkids when they come to visit!

My husband and son in law put it together in a few hours. We had an issue with a chipped shelf and one bent drawer glide. Customer service was EXCELLENT. They quickly shipped new parts The bed and trundle are both very sturdy!

The bed is great, very sturdy and built to last. My only complaint is that not one single piece of the bed was labeled, the only pieces that were labeled was the drawer unit. It was bad enough having to study the directions to make sure the pieces were correct but I thought the directions were terrible. What saved my daughter and I is that we are both handy otherwise this could have been a nightmare.

Well made, solid wood bed. My daughter loves it and enjoys filling the shelves with all her books and vinyl figures. The holes within the shelves for wires are a great touch! I was hesitant about the price for a children's bed, but overall happy with my purchase.

Instructions could have been a little better, but I have done the I put together furniture many times and got it!

We purchased this bed a few months ago and it’s been great. However, tonight one of the support bars that goes under the slats broke. The bed states that it has a 400 lb weight limit but certainly does not. My son and I were sitting on it when it happened and barely hit 275 lbs together, much less the limit of 400 lbs.

Let’s talk about delivery. Amazon went through some super unorganized delivery arranging service ( NSD ) where they didn’t even give my phone number to the local delivery company to contact me. Trying to contact them directly is next to impossible. So I got the bed weeks later as it sat in my city, because of lack of communication. On top of that, I confirmed with Amazon the beds (I got two) were supposed to be assembled at the room of my choice. Not the case. The bed itself isn’t hard to assemble with 2 people. The drawers were the worst. Included were flimsy pieces of plywood that we’re bowing or split which made a nightmare trying to line them up in the grooves, not to mention screw holes that weren’t lined up which plagued the home stretch of the assembly process. Lesson here: the beds are nice and my kids love them, but I will never purchase items like this through Amazon again.

I'm so happy with this bed. I put most of it together myself, good instructions. Just wish an allen wrench wasn't used to put 90% of it together, my hands were killing me. Very solid bed, bookshelf is beautiful and will get alot of use from my teenager. Highly recommend.
