In the 4 piece mini set, one of the photos shows that one of the four canisters has a handle on top and in the other photos none of them have a handle

It’s not really a handle. More like a button. In the up position the lid can be removed, if you push it down it seals the container

will these containers keep pantry moths larvae out?

They seem to be airtight. We have not had any infestation of any kind. Good product and an easy item to recommend.
