Product is defective
I bought this product this month and I installed it recently as I was travelling for few days. Now after installing I can't cut the rolls becoz blades are not there. Would request you to kindly take it back or please send us the blades.

Unit not complete...hooks of same side..
I got the product in December but when i was installing it, i found that for tissue paper holder - they have given me same side 2 hooks, so its not fitting properly...for foil and plastic cutter is proper only problem with tissue paper holder hooks...kindly contact me as early as possible...and solve the matter.

Useful product
Plastic quality is very poor....you have to be very careful while installing .... otherwise once it gets set...it is very useful appliance in every kitchen ...and when I selected is it was cheaper then another similar product...so I am Happy with thistle
