We used this on a bad knee and lower back pain. While it feels amazing and it is cold I don't think we were ready for the level of cold when it hit our skin. This allows you the opportunity to maintain a cold temperature while massaging specific areas. It is easy to hold and your hands do not get cold. 10/10

This is exactly what you'd expect it to be, at a very reasonable price. I have a lower back injury that acts up occasionally, this helps to relieve the tension/pain. It is especially effective when the ball is chilled, which is easy.The only downside is that it is somewhat loud while rolling; the plastic housing is not very smooth so it makes a gentle grinding noise. I've used similar roller balls that don't make this noise. It is somewhat annoying, but not a deal breaker.

This was just what I was looking for. It gets very cold within only a few hours and stays cold for quite a while. It is just the right size to fit in the arch if my foot which is where I needed to use it most. The ball rolls very easily and smoothly and, as I said, stays cold for quite a long while after being in the freezer for a few hours. This is a great alternative to ice packs in my opinion as you can move it around and use it in many areas both big and small.

Oh my gosh I love this. My husband uses it as do I and we use it to massage each other and really are able to get into that back tissue and loosen up our muscles

Perfect for loosening tight, painful muscles. It glides nicely and stays cold for a long time.

Ball will not sit still in order to get a proper roll with your feet. The ball keeps moving so it's difficult to get that relief when it won't sit still.

It really does stay cold along time. Feels really good. Doing a massage with this roller ball. Love it.

The ball size is so small that it does not cover a large area when using it. Please do not buy.

Bad product.... received product is totally different from the image.... when I first froze it gel from inside the ball leaked out....

It didn’t work as i was expecting. poor quality product. wasted my money!
