SeaSense Cockpit Scupper Valve Od (2-7/8- Inch)

Great product

I do like the clean look they give, and they do keep most of the water out and from flowing back in, but they ste bit 100%. They need to be installed completely vertical. Any angle at all and they don't stay sealed. Also they ate subject to debris. Even a small pine needle causes them to stay open.

The service was next day and the fit was perfect. No having to drill new holes or replace the through hull fitting. Have not been tested yet but I can already tell the seal is really good on the flappers.

Had to change the ones out of my boat. And these worked great.

Inside diameter 1 13/16”, outside diameter 2 13/16”, the holes are on a 2 5/16” center to center. Ideally this would be for a scupper that measures 1 3/8” inside diameter or smaller, that is the size of the rubber “seat” that the flap will seal against. Product looked fine but returned it because it was too small for what I needed.

Do Not Buy. These absolutely do not work. They also do not come with hardware and you have to calk them in. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on brass scuppers for safety.

This product is pretty much self explanatory. It’s a plastic circle with rubber circle rings. The problem is there is holes that comes with no screws. For like $15, this thing should have came with the four tiny screws. The company is lazy. I used this as a cover for my washer drain hole. So I just used #6 drywall screws but still. It should have came with screws.
