I bought these initially for our COSORI food dehydrator. The silicone mesh sheets were large enough to fit the stainless steel trays with a little excess. The sheets cut easily enough with scissors. These work great for your typically dehydrated foods. Keeps the food dehydrator nice and clean too.Before using in direct contact with food I washed them well and ran them through our convection oven at 250F for 30 minutes, just in case they wanted to off-gas. I haven't had a problem with chemical smells at all. They machine wash well on the top rack and come out clean and pearly white. So far, not even tomatoes have stained these sheets.Recently we have been using these for baked goods too. Pastries and breads don't stick, nor do random leftovers. Have a pet fountain. It rattles and gets on my last nerve. Tried several types of materials and tapes to stop the noise. Nothing worked. Needed something food safe and came across this. Cut into strips and wrapped around sound making bits. Worked like a dream and dog is happy and I have peace and quiet. Good product. Easy to work with and washable. Win win.😊

Got this and cut it to size to fit in my Nesco food dehydrator so that I can do smaller stuff that tends to shrink and fall through the grates on the regular trays... Does the job in an excellent manner! Easier to clean than the tray inserts, too since it's flexible, I put them in hot soapy water and swish them around, rinse and lay them flat to dry. Highly recommend these as screen insert replacements.

I really needed dehydrator sheets that were 15 by 15 inches to line my stainless steel dehydrator trays. I couldn't find silicone in that size that was mesh. So I went with this brand knowing it would be a little small. Well, every last one of these are undersized, some are only 13.5 inches. Not a huge deal but frustrating and the reasoning behind the 4 star review. As for the quality, these are great! They are very thin and floppy, they won't replace your dehydrator trays, just line them. They were very easy to wash, just threw them in a sink of soapy water and scrubbed. I was purposefully very rough in the washing and drying of them and they held up beautifully. I feel confident that they will last for years. I used them for cinnamon apple chips (I know, something that doesn't stick anyways, but that's what I happened to be drying at the time) and they worked great. Very easy to clean when I was done. I did notice they still held a bit of apple smell after washing and drying, so next time I will let them soak in some water with baking soda after using to see if that helps remove the smell.

We were pleasantly surprised by how great these are! We cut them down to size to fit our dehydrator trays, and they’ve made dog treat prep 1000x easier. They’re easy to clean too! And nothing sticks to them. 10/10 would absolutely buy again

Needed more that 2 sheets which came with our Magic Mill dehydrator. These are just what I needed. I cut them to size & they work very well for our blueberries & other smaller foods. When done, just loosen the food, lift & pour right into your container. Can wash by hand or dishwasher.

These work great in my dehydrator. I just had to cut them to fit. I use them when I dry my German noodles (Spätzle) which was a disaster when I tried to use cheese cloth ( they got all stuck in the cloth). With these the noodles dried quickly and slid right off.
