Grund Puro Series 100% Organic Cotton Reversible Bath Rug, 21-inch by 34-inch, Sea Blue

I was definitely surprised how thick these rugs are and comfy to stand on. I was looking for a organic cotton rug without the rubber backing (nasty chemicals that release into the air). There weren't any reviews on these rugs when I ordered 2 for our house so I took the chance. So so glad I did. Love these rugs. Dries quickly. The pictures don't do these rugs justice; way nicer looking in person, very pretty rug. I ordered the 17" x 24" that is the perfect size in front of the shower or bathtub, not too big and not too small, just the right size. Yes these are a little more money than cheap rubber backed rugs from Wal-Mart but worth it. These rugs will last for many years. So glad I made the purchase and would definitely recommend.6/22/16 Update:We have had these rugs for a little over a year now and they still look great. The rugs wash really well and have been washed many times.

I purchased two of these rugs in Panna color. The rugs are a nice quality. My only complaint is they are featured as "reversible". However, there is a black sewn in tag (with washing instructions etc.) on one side that cannot be completely removed. I used a small pair of scissors to cut as much of it off as I can but there is then still noticeable black tag showing on one side. Being I went with the Panna color, which is a light tan/cream, this is very noticeable. So for that reason I feel they are truly not reversible unless you are ok with this being seen on one side.

These are super soft and think rugs. They have good weight to them. Not too brown and not too beige. Like sand. Quite pleased I went ahead and purchased these rugs. I bought 3 rugs.I am editing this review because the loops of cotton yarn in one of the rugs are coming out which is leaving bare spots. There has only been one wash of the rugs. So I am changing my rating to average (3 stars) The manufacturer has a life time warranty, however, there is no product support for this item on Amazon, therefore I cannot contact the manufacturer. I still think the great softness, weight, and color deserve 5 stars.

Only buy this product IF1) You want your washing machine to BREAK as a million little fibers flake off of it in the washer causing a clog the size of a tennis ball (according to the Sears repair guy).2) You like to wash your items at the laundromat and break their machines, OR3) You never wash your bath mats.Also -- these mats are VERY heavy, soak up lots of water and don't dry very easily which probably causes them to require washing more often that most...One last thing...the Sears guy said he was concerned that all of the fibers coming off of the mats were a fire hazard in the dryer as well, so definitely don't want these things in the dryer.

Update: this company stands behind their products; Jim, if you read this, THANK YOU and the handwritten note was a great touch.I'm sure this will get a response from Grund, that's really what I seek: I purchased this rug in September and it's been wonderful but the latest washing/drying left a large -- hole -- I suppose, I can provide pictures. My first reaction when I noticed thus happen was something of sadness, it was a great rug but now I'm hoping something can be done outside repurchasing.

These bath mats I got through the warehouse at a phenominal price and Wowza!!! what a bargain!!! They are the bomb; meaning they are fabulous!!! They truly are 5 star hotel quality and I should know, I work with fabrics professionally and the quality and texture of the cotton is awesome!! They are very thick and plush! I absolutely love these!Cut the labels off, if they bother you, which I do to most things I buy. They are fully reversible! I don't let hubby put them in the dryer, as I don't want them to shrink, but, they wash very well! Happy feet dance!!! Love these!!!

Very pleased with these bath mats. Wanted to wait until they had been laundered a few times before reviewing them. I had considered buying some very expensive (over $100) mats at a luxury linen store but they only had one instead of the two I wanted. I found these on Amazon and they are excellent - thick and comfortable to stand on, heavy so they slip less, non-shedding and much less expensive. They arrived in a timely fashion (had estimated a much longer delivery time but delivered earlier). Great purchase.

I really love these rugs. I had originally ordered the Asheville but returned it for the Puro instead and I'm so very happy with them. They are heavy weight so don't slide around a lot, even though they don't have the rubber backing. The Driftwood color is a soft taupe, really nice. The Panna color is a lovely stone color, and I really like them. The quality is like none you will find in a department store. I cannot yet attest to how long they will last, but since they have a 5 year warranty I am assured they will look nice for a long long time. When I contacted Grund customer service with an issue I originally had with the Asheville rugs, they bent over backward to be sure I was pleased. I cannot say enough about the rugs and this buying experience.

This is the best bath runner I've ever owned. It's very plush, hefty, and organic! I've also tried a few bath runners with similar size. Some had rubber backings which the often caused balancing issues with the washing machine during spinning cycles.

An absolutely beautiful, soft bath mat. It was delivered within days of placing the order. I ordered this small one for my camper but I’m so happy with it that I’m going to buy a few more for the bathrooms in my house.
