Sailor Moon Miracle Romance Liquid Eye Liner Cutie Mood Rod (Black)

Once this arrived, I was ecstatic. On the outside, the product is so nice. The decorative piece sits separately from the liner itself, but all you do is slide it over top. The weird thing is that the wand cap doesn't reach the black line? It's a bit awkward as a design but if you're a Sailor Moon fan, you'll get over it. It's a fun novelty piece! The only drawback is the design on the pen itself being slightly chipped.However, that isn't to say it isn't a good product. Having bounced between the Lancome Artliner and the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner, among other products, I would say this product is fairly good. I bought it expecting it to be terrible and to only be able to put it on display but it's a good product. I wouldn't say its the most pigmented but if used correctly, it is. A number of my friends tried to rub it off my hand but it stays pretty well. I would say if Kat Von D Tattoo Liner's staying power is a 10/10, this is a 8/10 which is pretty high in comparison to many others that would rest at a 6. It'll last you the whole day, for sure, but if you happen to sleep on it and think you want to look vaguely presentable the next day, go with the Tattoo Liner. I had it on my hand overnight recently and it looks crackly. It won't smudge much. It dries quickly so that helps. The felt tip is very thin, very narrow and it's actually flexible which is nice when using a felt tip. The Tattoo Liner often feels like putting a wet piece of plastic against your eye, but the Sailor Moon liner's brush is superb. You can get a solid wing from this.All in all, worth the purchase for the look and the product. The staying power is pretty much high end but the price might be a bit much. Consider investing in this one to keep in your bag to fix up your makeup, but I wouldn't pay $30 for a daily piece (felt tip liners run out fast). However, certainly a must have for Sailor Moon fans.

I have extremely oily eyelids and it's hard for me to find an eyeliner to stay without smudging. This eyeliner does smudge on me after about 5 hours and the wings fade at the end of an 8 hour work shift. That was with primer, translucent powder, and setting spray too. It isn't a bad product, however. The packaging is very cute and the brush tip is very easy to use. It draws extremely thin and a little light (needs layering to be opaque black) which is perfect for natural looking makeup. I find that it gives my eyes the perfect amount of definition on a casual makeup day. It's also easy to fix mistakes when you're drawing a wing and comes off nicely with makeup remover. I'm going to use this up but I probably won't be repurchasing just because it smudges so much on me personally.

I purchased this eyeliner because I love Sailor Moon. The eyeliner is super cute! I love the Sailor Moon eyeliner rod. I didn't really know what to expect out of this eyeliner, but since I had used Japanese eyeliner in the past I thought it should meet the quality of Japanese makeup. It definitely meet my expectations of other Japanese eyeliners. I love using this eyeliner because it has such a fine tip and it very easy to apply. I like that I can create a thin or thick wing using this eyeliner. It is somewhat expensive for an eyeliner and is about the same price and eyeliners you would find at Sephora, but meet the same quality and is a bonus because its way cuter! I find that the ink on the pen doesn't last as long as my other Japanese eyeliners, but I still love it. I also like that you can purchase another eyeliner without the rod so you can replace the eyeliner when it runs out.

Received one week after ordering, which was way sooner than the expected delivery date. I bought this as a gift to myself for my birthday and I'm so glad I did. It's so cute! (the pen in the picture is just to show the size)I will update my review once I actually use it, just to let anyone who's interested know if it's a good eyeliner or if it's just a cute fan item to have.Update: It's got a nice thin tip, but if you've got oily lids this may not be for you! It's nice for thin lining, but after a long day without touch-ups it'll fade. I still give it 5 stars because I wasn't expecting much :)

I love sailor moon and when I saw this I had to buy it. I bought it more as a novelty but after using it it's now my favorite liquid eyeliner! the tip of the applicator is the perfect width so you can start off with a thin line and obviously you can add on as you want and the liquid is actually really good quality! It stays on all day and doesn't smudge as long as you're not rubbing your eyes. It's not waterproof, but that's ok with me. I highly recommend this if you like the more natural liquid cat eye look.

I just got my eyeliner I haven't taken it out of the package to see how it works but it doesn't matter too me how it works honestly I'm just nerding out about how cute it is in general I ordered it a week or two ago and est arrival date was aug 3-10 and I got it on July 13th! Super fast! I love it so far Iv seen posts about how the eyeliner is actually really good and can't wait to try it out later on when I decide I want to open it up!

I was so blown away by this eyeliner! I originally bought this just to display on my vanity but of course I wanted to try it out first. Bought this for my Sailor Moon collection with zero intention of wearing it because I assumed, wrongly, that the actual makeup would suck. Wow was I wrong. I love this eyeliner. It makes super thin fine lines. I have hooded eyes and the super thin lines look amazing. I plan on using this daily and buying a few extra for when this one runs out.
