Airstream Porch Light LED Upgrade for 80423c

I bought this LED conversion for my 2008 Airstream. My old patio light lens was distorted and partially melted from the heat of the normal 12v bulb so I needed a new lens as well as wanting a LED upgrade.I would not buy this product again. The main problem is that the LED module is held in a separate plastic part which is then glued to what appears to be a normal patio light lens. The problem is that the glue job was very poor and a bit of center and off angle. The thing works but it doesn't look 'normal'. At some point it will bother me enough that I'll replace it.If I did this again; I'd buy a new lens and use a normal LED replacement bulb which you can get 10x for less than this upgrade.D

This LED replacement is definitely worth the expense. Over the stock 12v light it is "light years" better. In the photo you will see that even in broad daylight it is still visible. At night it like a car head light. Instillation was easy and the new gasket that came with it made the assembly water tight again.

Easy install in a 1993 airstream. Just unscrew the old one, clean up the seals, plug the new led into the old style socket, put in a new seal and you're ready! I haven't tried it yet because apparently a fuse blew when the old one melted but if this review it still at 5 stars, I'm still happy with it.

Perfect fit in a 1972 Airstream Ambassador. I think it might be a perfect fit for the tail lights as well. Only downside is there is some glue or something in the lens where the LED’s connect.

I have to give it 5 stars since i fit perfect and worked when I turned it on. It came with a new gasket and new screws. It much brighter then the old one I removed. Only took 5 min to install.

That's not a porch light. Its the clear tail light.

Very bright and won’t melt lense

Fit perfectly on a 1987 Excella 32' The old lens was melted and had a hole in it. This one is wonderful.
