Cricut Cuttlebug Adapter Plate C, 5.875" x7.75

I'm not sure why these don't come standard with the cuttlebug itself, it really should. It's a great addition to anyone's set and I especially recommend them to anyone experimenting with other company's cutting dies. I ended up breaking down and buying the C plate because I bought a Spellbinder's die set where using cardstock shims just wasn't cutting it (literally!) Now with this C plate and the Spellbinder's embossing pad the Spellbinder's dies work great.

I purchased a cuttlebug to start making diecuts and this was the plate I needed (it wasn't included in my original purchase). So far it works great, heads up it will crack at times when you run it through your machine but aside from a few deep dents, I haven't had any major issues with it. I do wish it came with the actual Cuttlebug though.

I really like cutting dies so I wanted this adapter plate because it will just make it easier to cut certain dies. The cuttlebug is very versatile and can be used for many different projects. This is another high quality cutting adapter plate and definitely worth the money.

I wish I had ordered this sooner and it would have saved me so much trouble! This mat is perfect to use with dies and embossing folders that are not of the Cuttlebug brand. I have the small green Cuttlebug, and this matches the size of the B plates that I got as far as circumference. Simply use this in place of one of the B plates when using dies and embossing folders of other brands. In other words, you sandwich will consist of the white A plate, the clear B plate, your paper and die or embossing folder, and top it off with this C plate adapter.Unless you are a cuttlebug purist, you really need to buy this as soon as you get your Cuttlebug. I find that I use this C plate all the time.

This is a great add-on to the Cuttlebug machine since it is not one of the accessories that come with the Cuttlebug die cut machine. It really helps you get better results when die cutting and embossing. I was surprised to see that the instructions on the back of the packaging don't even mention the C plate at all...only the A and B plates. ProvoCraft, please put instructions that match the product! I'll be viewing YouTube videos to get help.

I am new to using the cuttlebug machine and was dismayed when I opened the package and read the direction booklet. They show you how to sandwich the plates but they do not include the very necessary "C" plate. Without the C plate some dies do not work well at all. I found it here at Amazon and bought it. It works well and I am not enjoying using dies from other companies in my Cuttlebug. A must buy for any Cuttlebug user!

LOOOOOOVE my Cuttlebug. And this adapter mat is perfect for use with other brand dies like the Spellbinders Nestabilities which I can't seem to live without anymore. You'll still need a piece of chip board or other thicker piece of cardboard based on how your machine is calibrated to get the embossing nice and deep, and you need one of the embossing mats, but those are easy to obtain and more than worth the price of admission. If you've only used your Cuttlebug with embossing folders thus far, you don't know what you've been missing.

I needed this mat to cut my Spellbinders Media Mixage dies on my Cuttlebug. Before getting this, I had been using various thicknesses of cardstock to make the cut. It worked but, it was a pain. First try with my nec C mat, I got a perfect cut. So glad I finally broke down and bought one.

Glad I bought this as my cuttlebug didn't have 1 in the box (think it should contain 1) I had read the write up's & they all said to get 1 & I did, great tool it would be difficult to die cutting without 1 I should think

The prefect accessory for a Cricut Cuttlebug. This C plate is used along with the A and B plate to perfectly cut diecuts. This plate will get marked, but that's okay. (Make sure you always place your die with the sharp side up, towards the C plate, if you want to be sure your B plates stay as tidy as possible.) To use, layer your plates (from bottom to top) A, B, die (sharp side facing upwards), paper, and then C plate. Or you can layer (again, bottom to top) A, C, paper, die with sharp side down, and then B. Remember: C plate for Cutting and B plate for emBossing.
