I belive sizing chart is accurate
I am 5' 1'' and 120 lbs., I used to work out with weights, and my bicep measured 11". Despite the "compression" name and PURPOSE, I was afraid it was going to be too tight and I wouldn't be able to wear it. I ordered a medium. It is a little long when pulled all the way up: either it hits under my arm pit, or I have to fold over the edge at my wrist. Also, It slips down my arm just a little over the course of the day or a workout. I wish I had ordered the small. But, I can definitely notice a difference from wearing this. I usually wake up in the middle of the night in pain or my arm asleep and I have to find a new position. I almost always wake up in discomfort. I slept in it one night and my arm felt great! On the days I have worn it, it has definitely decreased the aching feeling. I have worn it during a workout and my elbow hasn't hurt during the workout. The fabric is comfortable, seems like it will wash well (haven't yet), and seems very well constructed. For the price, since you get a pair, this product is a no-brainer. It is a definite "Yes" for anyone needing a compression sleeve. So far, I highly recommend it.

A bona fide compression sleeve at a great price
This may be the best value out there for actual an 'compression' sleeve. I've tried (or at least tried on) several; none of the lower end items were actually compression sleeves, and one pair that I purchased anyway to add warmth while working out has not held up at all.HOW IT FITS: Med worked fine for me, although it's a little long, and it does become uncomfortable (or at least bothersome) after a few hours. Med should fit most women in the average to slightly larger range, or a man of average height and leaner build.HOW IT WORKS: Not magic, but it does seem to have helped the elbow and bicep issues I had from too many hours at the computer. It's a heavy knit type fabric, it does breathe, but not sure how it will be in warmer weather.HOW IT LASTS: Have had about a month, will try to post back once it's had more use.

Sleeve
the small was too small for my arms, so I purchased a medium. I don't think the sleeve is as helpful as the gloves, but it has been helpful. Reduces the pain in my upper arm (if I could find a sleeve for just the upper arm I would like that).

great for throwing
I play softball and have tried almost every compression sleeve on the market, these by far are the best that I have found, they stay in place and completely relieve the pain I was having while playing.

solid , inexpensiive, what i wanted
Does just what i want. would prefer w/o the white "grip" for my purpose. Overall people never seem to notice I have it on. I like how snug it fits.
