Much smoother!
Bought a 95 powerstroke from original owner with 160k well maintained. Hard started and ran choppy with a heavy vibration at idle and noticeable miss at 1800-2000rpm. 500 miles after adding to fresh oil change pops off and levels out much faster when cold, no more rattle at higher rpms. I can only assume more miles will yeld better results

Used on 97 F250 7.3
Added this to the oil of our 97 F250 with 7.3 and 220k miles. After a week of on and off use it starts right away. No more stumble and cough.

Works great
Got a Cummins with 120k miles on it, threw a little bit of this in the oilSmoothed idle and improved mileage. Use it all the time, on several different engines and it never disappoints.

Helped with BlowBy
First, to be honest, I have not driven the truck yet due to other parts preventing safe drivability. But after MANY heat cycles in the driveway, I noticed the blowby has decreased by about 50%. Injectors are still blowing blue smoke so I can’t tell if this stuff has helped on the injector side. I’m a huge fan of MotorKote and I really wanted this to work out for me. So I’ll have to stay neutral.

I assume this particular Motorkote product will be as good as their original oil additive
Haven’t yet used this particular Motorkote product but I trust that it will leverage the technology that was used in the original Motorkote oil additive product that I had purchased from the inventor that was doing a demonstration of the oil additive capability on a “friction machine”. He challenged anyone to pick any oil additive off the shelf (this was at a Lincoln Park, MI Murray’s Store, now called O’Reilly Auto Parts) and put their own muscle on the “friction machine” lever so as to make it a fair test. Well it wasn’t fair because there wasn’t any other product that even came close. You could wipe the Motorkote oil off the machine’s friction spindle and just the remaining residue was able to beat all challenges hands down. I’ve used it ever since in or on all of my engines - car, truck, lawn, boat, electric motors, and on anything else that needs to be lubed.“This one really works” was the caption on the product bottle back then.

This might help your MPG big time
I have a Detroit S60 in my rig. I have been using different brand (Hot Shot's Stiction Remover) additive for some time now, $99 (1Gal) application, every 6 months recommended. It is pricey, but with addition of Diesel Extreme Fuel additive I bumped my MPG by 0.8. Don't get me wrong, that stuff works, but I am always on the look out for something more affordable that can be used frequently, not every 6 months (mostly to the price). I recently replaced all 6 injectors and one of the reman's was getting suspended with rapid acceleration. First I decided to try Hot Shot's Diesel Extreme Fuel additive ($50 per 1Gal). It did nothing. Than after oil change I added Motorkote MK-06 Stiction Remover, 64-Ounce. I was familiar with Motorkote brand already, was using the HD lubricant (great price on Amazon BTW) and I noticed Motorkote MK-30501-06 Stiction Remover in Amazon suggestions. I was intrigued by the price (originally $15!). After 800 miles roundtrip with Motorkote MK-30501-06 Stiction Remover the injector was still acting up a bit, but much much less often. Miracle came after 48 hour of in(action), meaning parked. Looks like this stuff needs time to work on the issue. Next round trip injector gave me no issues. Now it has been 2400 miles ,and knock on wood, no problems. Looks like this stuff worked its magic (for $15!). Engine runs smooth with less valve knock. To early to tell anything about MPG, but so far $15 well spent. I will be honest, I bought few more before price started climbing up. Just bought 2 for $17 last week, now at $20, still worth it. IMHO. Stay safe out there!

NOT 1 gallon
I'm a big fan of motorkote products. But the bottle is marked 2 quarts/64oz. 2 quarts is only 32 ounces. I thought I was buying a gallon based on fluid oz. In reality, I only got half of what I thought I was buying.
