Poor Acidity controls
I bought this machine to get pH 3-4 water for disinfecting, however, the pH indicated on the display screen are very inaccurate. It's very difficult to actually get pH 3-4 water to come out of the machine.

Could not connect to our sink due to having a sprayer on the end.

Cheaper option but works well
Works well for being a far less expensive product than the other competitors in this market. The machine does talk slot when making water. Would be nice to disable her sound functions.

Poor customer service and breach of contract
It is documented that a five year warranty is with the purchasing of product. Product has malfunction within a year. Amazon has no way to contact the seller nor has manufacturer information. Company information is not provided by web search nor manufacturers information. Seller does not respond to concerns or provide any form of assistance. Poor company representation and breach of contract.

BAD QUALITY
Today is 8/9/2020. The machine delivered at 4/2/2020. It is leaking and cannot be used now.

We love the unit. We live off grid and use it after a thorough filtration system. I now need to get the carbon filter replacement for this product. Where can I find it?

CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT WE CAN ACHIEVE 3 TO 11 PH VALUES.Besides , what is the ORP of the acidic water (ph 3) not ever mentioned in the product description.I am interested to buy the machine if you can make me a commitment to have 5 years warranty plus one additional filter WITH MY ORDER

So far so good
My fellows shoppersI took a chance on this new to the market company which I believed is selling a quality value product.. so far (1 month) I am very pleased. There is opinional program to silence the voice and/or music built in. I also tested the PH to varify quality and it’s check out.
