I started this a few weeks back and feel a noticeable difference. Great product and none of those rough side effects. Just feel better overall. Body is craving more activity so I have been more active since beginning. But no jitteriness or feeling of anxiety felt with other supplements.

Wow so the recommended dosage is 4 tablets a day seems a little excessive to me but that is the dosage on the bottle!

For the last couple of years or so I have been experiencing consistent tiredness despite getting enough sleep, dozing off and falling asleep at my desk in the middle of the day more times than I can count. Even energy drinks didn't help. I decided to give this a try and literally within minutes of using it, I immediately felt a surge of energy I didn't know existed, and the effects will even carry over to successive days, albeit in smaller amounts, if I ever decide to skip a day or two. I've also been able to start exercising more around the house with the extra energy, so that's also a major plus. Other brands don't come anywhere close to this.

This first paragraph is an update. In spite of the difficulties listed below, this is one of the few supplements that I can say for sure makes a difference in my physical performance. This stuff may be difficult to choke down, but I could feel it working within a few days of starting this supplement. And after a week, I have been able to cut back to dosage to 1/2 (2 tabs instead of 4) and it is still working! Original post: I have taken many medications, vitamins and supplements. In 40 years of taken all shapes and sizes, I have never had such a difficult time swallowing tablets. These things are HUGE, and the serving size is 4 tablets daily. I tried different techniques for swallowing each one individually, but each one got caught in my throat. No amount of water would push it down. I had to eat some pretzels and wash those down with water to make the tablets go down. I will keep trying, but unless I can develop a better technique, I don't know that I want to put myself through that every day. *update- Glad I kept trying!
