It's good. It works.
So I got this as a spare PSU for testing purposes in April 2014. I chose it as it was the cheapest PSU I could find that had support for two PCIE 8-pin connectors and less than 700W.So far so good. The biggest challenge I put this through was sticking it in a Dell Studio XPS 435MT (Core i7-930 CPU) with an EVGA GTX 460 dual GPU video card. Let's just say the combination of PC and video card WILL spike your electricity bill, drawing 230W at IDLE. The video card *alone* demanded 700W to run for gaming purposes.I stress tested the video card in this PC and using a kill-o-watt meter, this PC drew 630W from the power supply before I quickly yanked out the power cord. Any PSU that can do that definitely gets kudos from me.LEPA is a new brand and I took a gamble I buying it. Clearly it has paid off and I will buy another one if the need arises.

Reliable and good quality.
It arrived in a well cushioned box, the design is flawless and it has all the features you'd expect from Enermax's affordable brand, great value for a cheap power supply, and features! It runs everything I have with only 500-watts, and I am happy with the result.Would buy again!

Snazzy, VERY Quiet Unit that Works
It is certainly a snazzy looking component. This unit was surprisingly quiet. So quiet that you had to lean near it to hear the fan running at all. No other sounds coming from it either. It did produce an obnoxious squeal when attempting to power an older video card (8800 GT/9800 GTX) with it. It was eventually installed in a HP tower. It powers an AMD quad core processor, SATA hard drive and CD/DVD-RW drive plus 4GB RAM just fine. The latter SATA drive has since failed; but that could be from voltage irregularities from wiring in the century-old building. The computer it was installed into is AT LEAST 4 years old, so any device or drive failure can be attributed to old age. This power supply has been in use for 5 months. Last week, the computer it was installed into had shut itself down, which I find rather suspicious.I wouldn't suggest this in a build that was on 24/7 or that pulled a lot of juice. But for a workstation which is on less than 8 hours a day for a business week, it seems fine. It was chosen over an Antec, EVGA, HEC and Rosewill in the same price range but chosen because it was a few dollars cheaper. I might buy this again or might instead go with the other brands mentioned. Yet I would NEVER choose this unit over the Antec or EVGA 400-430 watt PSU's if they were close to the same price as this one; since they would be able to power the old video cards that were mentioned earlier in this review. It is estimated this one can safely handle approximately 150-watts (+/- 25) without issue. It would certainly be fine for any Celeron G1610/1620/1820/1840 using built-in graphics. That would work for an entry-level machine that does e-mail/web browsing/using office applications. It is also good enough for Facebook games. Yet I am not sure I would trust it for Minecraft gaming.Definitely looking forward to seeing how long this unit lasts.EDIT: Upgraded to 4-stars from 3. See comments.

NOT for Gaming/Content Creation MAKES VERY ANNOYING SOUND.
I also bought it at Frys for 50 bucks... It said on the box "Supporting extreme graphics". But when I used it, it made a huge whining noise once I launched a game or something intensive. It was VERY VERY annoying. I thought it was my GPU and was about to return the GTX 980ti... But it was this dumb PSU all along. Im returning it today.
