Bought this for measuring supplements. It seems accurate and reliable, easy to use. Keep the calibration weight handy! It’s compact, looks like a quality product. I’m not sure if it travels well, as I use it in my kitchen.

It’s a good scale. Very nice that it goes down to about 5-6 mg, where it begins to register. Comes with 50 gram weight to calibrate the scale. Letters are easy to read. If I would make a suggestion it would be to have the calibration instructions as a sticker somewhere on the scale.

The scale is a small simple device that gets the job done without any unneeded complication. The packaging is surprisingly good quality and everything is organized well in it. It comes with some tweezers, a small cup for holding and pouring whatever it is you're measuring, and a 50g weight to verify it's calibrated. The scale itself has a plastic cover you can close over the top to protect it when not in use. The scale appears to be accurate and sensitive to the milligram, so it gets the job done. Since the packaging is so nice, you can even put it away there until you need it. The only flaw I found was in the user manual that came with the scale. It has multiple typos and can be unclear at times. The user manual being so poor really contrasts with the quality of the scale itself, so if they improved that it would make the presentation a little better.

I bought the TN-Series 50g x 0.001g to replace my AWS Gemini-20 which I had used for years and, although it still worked fine, I needed a larger surface area of the scale itself for measuring my supplements using a Dixie cup. The TN-Series is now my new favorite scale. I use it every day, multiple times a day, to precisely measure raw food supplements I take. It is accurate and reliable. I also find it superior to the AWS Gemini-20 not simply because the TN-Series is a better value, but it performs much better as well. Whereas the AWS often would inaccurately give readings due to the design of the very small tray not fitting precisely on the scale, the TN-Series does not have this problem because the surface area of the scale is much larger. I also like that it can measure milligrams up to 50g. Very happy with this purchase and I would purchase it again. Full disclosure: I was offered a package of Amazon AAA batteries to write a review, but I would have written the review even without the incentive. Great product!!

Inexpensive and works well. The calibration weight was off slightly, compared to laboratory grade weights - but acceptable. The scale works very well, for making electrolyte salt mix, and takes very little storage room. The cover is important, to protect the scale pan mechanism from damage.

This scale came to me exactly as described, and as stated is precise to the milligram level. Repeated weighing of the same objects showed minor (~2mg) deviations in measured weights, but this is normal for a scale of this type. You'd be hard pressed to find a scale this portable and this inexpensive that was any more accurate. If extraordinary accuracy was required, you could always take multiple measurements and average the value anyways.Scale came with a small instruction booklet (in English and German), a dish for powders/loose materials, a small pair of plastic tweezers, a 50g calibration weight, and a hinged plastic cover. Instruction booklet was surprising easy to read considering the product's origin. Only minor errors were found in the instructions, and none of them were detrimental to my understanding of the product. My only complaint is that it didn't come with the two required AAA batteries, but that's really not a big deal. The fact that it uses AAA batteries is nice, since many scales of this size use harder to find coin cells.All in all, 5 stars. If you're looking for a compact scale that measures down to the milligram, look no further.

I just received my TN-series scale and have tried to calibrate it. It will not calibrate over 10g even though this is supposed to be a 50g scale. It came with a 50g calibration weight, but when I do the process to calibrate it, the scale will not go over 10.0000g (10g). This is with brand new AAA batteries on a stable surface, and 8 attempts. I think they packaged the wrong scale in this box as they also make a 10g version. I have contacted the seller and am waiting to hear back, but not pleased with the lack of instructions. (What does the "P" button do? No explanation of what the other weight measurements are. Calibration instructions are not clear, probably because they are translated into English.)

The media could not be loaded. The scale came quick, is returnable for over a month if anything goes wrong, works really well, especially for the money. I need to measure mg’s and this scale does it really well. Obviously not as accurate as scales that cost an arm and a leg, but I’m confident in the reading, and so far it’s been great. Will update if/when anything changes, but it’s been great for these first few weeks.
