I am a busy cook on my feet all day, as well as a runner. Unfortunately, My ankle got injured couple of weeks ago after a long-time running. These days my left foot hurt terribly, and pain was severe even though I wear shoes with orthotic inserts, I must have injured the plantar in my foot. I asked a doctor, and he told to me to wear compression sleeve. I have tried out several plantar fasciitis compression sleeves. While they all look the same, they are not. Some are tighter, some go up higher on the calf, etc. Luckily, these socks have worked extremely well for my plantar fasciitis. I would wear them on the injured foot all day and take them off to bathe and to sleep. I feel like the compression is right for me. Now I can feel my foot is getting better each day. The pain didn't go away, but was greatly lessenedI love them so much. They are lightweight and fit perfectly. The material itself is good and tight. They were great at providing compression relief to the ankle as well as the whole foot. I have wide feet and a thick calf. If you have a narrow foot, you could likely get by with the S/M. This is quickly becoming my favorite sleeve that I have and would not hesitate to recommend it to someone suffering with plantar fasciitis pain.These compression socks really helped. I am a runner and had plantar fasciitis for the past 2 years. I've tried several brands of compression sleeves to help with plantar fasciitis pain and these are by far the best! I also have tried many things to get relief, including some pretty pricey shoes, and inserts. My friend recommend this brand to me. I purchased these sleeves hoping that it would help relieve my pain. At first I’m doubtful if they are good enough because it’s too cheap. But surprisingly, they are much better than what I thought. They are even more comfortable and better quality than some expensive brands I bought.I can easily feel the compression when put them on. They give my arch and heel a heavy but comfortable support. Now I’m going to try to run in them more and see how much if any relief the provide. I could feel a poping feeling almost every time I would stand up. I wear them for night time sleeping and feel better in the next morning.I like them and can notice a difference in pain. There is relief using these socks. I wear it when i go out for the day to help the swelling stay down and pain. I am so happy I can relieve my plantar fasciitis pain with these socks.

I run alot and so my feet tend to ache from time to time. I usually wear compression copper socks for recovery, but I wanted to give this product a try. So far, they feel great on my feet and cushion the main pressure points on the average persons foot (heel, sides of foot, 1/2 of metatarsals). It feels weird wearing something without Toes that are similar to a sock, but that’s okay because they’re not a sock replacement. However, if you wanted to slip socks on over these, they’re thin enough to without feeling weird. Me personally though, I’m not a fan of layers on my feet so will most likely wear these for recovery. Great product! I love that it comes with 3 pairs for suh a good price.

I am excited !!My wife, she's 71 yo, sprained her ankle a year ago and was laid up for 8 weeks and it has healed with no problems.Last week she stepped in a rut in the yard and twisted the same ankle with great pain.I ordered the socks from Deilin. She wore the one on the sprained foot and in three days she is walking normally.I am ecstatic!!These socks are of great quality and offer great support for all parts of the foot.Hey their guaranteed.If you don't like them, return'em !!

I bought these for my husband and picked the size based on the recommended shoe size chart. These are not tight enough. I guess I should have went with my instinct and went down a size but the chart says otherwise. I suggest if you are very skinny in the feet and ankles go down a size.

Not even 30 mins on and my pain is gone. I'm about 7 months of healing after having ankle surgery. So far so good. I wear size 10 and bought Xl fits tight and snug. Thin enough to wear socks over.*Update a week later...one of the 3 pair have already started to fall apart. Very disappointing considering they work so well. I haven't washed them yet but I'm guessing the others will start to do the same once they have been washed a time or two.

I should have purchased the smaller size. The fit is a bit big. I where a shoe size 10.5 but have a fairly narrow foot and these didn't provide enough compression.

I ordered the S/M and received the L/XL. Didn’t realize it until I wore a pair, washed them, and folded them together(so the inside showed) and the inner band says L/XL. I thought they felt bigger but just thought they ran big.
