The sheets are a complete waste of money. They did nothing at all. Maybe the cable is faulty on then. I really should have returned them, but I forgot about them and they are now languishing in a drawer somewhere. I had more important things to focus on during this lockdown. So, find a reputable manufacturer to buy these kind of sheets from. Just saying...

The hems come undone after only a few washes, the stitching just disintegrates. Also, it's rather small (I should have checked the size I guess) but overall, I feel I've been taken for a fool on the cost. It does seem to work as I get a mild shock if I touch the radio aerial when using it!

Sleeping better, even snoring mild down.

I noticed the difference in my sleep from day one. At first, I was having very vivid dreams and even though I don't sleep for very long, I was waking up quite refreshed. Over time, the dreams are less vivid but I still get a good sleep. It is as if my mind is sorting all the rubbish out and I am more clear headed. I bought one for a friend and he feels the difference as well. He reports that his long term anxiety is less than it usually is and he is more alert in the mornings.One star dropped because I only bought the smaller sheet and it bunches up on the bed. I need to find a way to keep it straight on the mattress.

It is difficult to sleep on as it rucks up. I would not recommend

I just wanted to see if I felt a difference with grounding. I do feel a coolness and some tingeling when using it. I think it's good, though I haven't noticed much difference otherwise yet. I like the science though, and will keep using it. I like the popper fastening for the cord
