It's quite good
I have it installed on my Fuji XT30, and I don't find it too obstructive, may get slightly in the way of buttons and dials on the right hand side of the camera (screen side, obvi), but it doesn't prevent access to anything. Barely ever accidentally hit my Q button now. Might upgrade to the Lensmate version eventually to see the difference, but I do like that this one doesn't make contact with anything other than the hot shoe, and feels super sturdy. For the price, it's good! Got the black version and it blends right in.

I would get this again it has a decent price
It didnt properly fit the xt30 but if you leave a gap in the hot-shoe you can still use your back command dial and back two buttons which I use for back button focus and my quick menu custom camera settings. It allows you gain some purchase on the small footprint the xt30 has.

Doesn’t fit right on XT-30
Don’t buy it because it covers the top right buttons and you can’t reach it- specifically the AE L button

Thumb rest
As described, fits and looks great on my XT30II

Design is poor, hole & set screw
This thumb rest has a hole in the top and a set screw which fits through the hole to attach the thumb grip to the main contact on the hot shoe. But, the shiny screw does not screw all the way down, which leaves a shiny post sticking out of the top of the grip which is unsightly and could snag on things. Also, it binds against the main contact on the hot shoe, which could damage the hot shoe.The grip is will enough machined that it fits quite securely without the screw, but that leaves a hole on the top of the hot shoe portion of the thumb grip, which compromises the appearance and the protection of the hot shoe.The grip also has "XT30" printed across the grip in big font, which is not too attractive.Too bad, because the grip itself is well designed to provide support without blocking the controls.

Fits Fuji xt-30 ok
Does however cover the wheel a little!

It blocks rear dial access
It's a nice looking piece but shape intrudes the real dial. Yes, you can still move it, but if slightly shaped different it would be great. I tried to bend it a bit and it snapped. Slow shipping too.
