Comfortable, Lightweight, and Perfect for Long Runs
The TRIWONDER Hydration Pack has been a fantastic addition to my running gear. It’s super lightweight and fits snugly without bouncing around, which is exactly what I wanted for long runs. The material is breathable, so it doesn’t get too hot, and it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours without any chafing. The 5L capacity is perfect for holding just the right amount of water and a few essentials. Overall, this hydration vest is well-designed for both comfort and functionality.

Lightweight and No Chafing!
I'm so glad I bought this hydration pack. I took it out for the first time on a 17 mile run (my longest ever!) over a racerback tank top in 60-75 degree weather. I sweated profusely, as usual, but there was no chafing! This was my biggest fear with trying a vest like this, but keeping the straps tight around my sides and chest meant the shoulder straps didn't have to support much weight and the soft edge binding resulted in zero chafing, even though it was directly touching my skin in some places. The front pockets are perfectly sized for my energy gels and electrolyte tablets and the main pocket had room for a tube of sunscreen and probably a few other small things even with the 2-liter ballder full. The loops on the shoulder strap and hook on the upper chest strap held the drinking tube securely and made it way easier to sip water every mile or so than having to dig a bottle out of my flip belt (which usually resulted in me just not drinking when I should have.) I also didn't notice it making me any hotter. It's easy to add lots of ice to the 2 liter bladder and it stayed relatively cool on my back for the whole 3 hours. I definitely forgot it was there after a while.I held off on buying a hydration vest for a long time because I was afraid of chafing and feeling extra hot. I got by with a flipbelt in training for my half marathons, but with my first full marathon training ramping up, I realized I really needed to stay hydrated better in those long runs. I researched a lot of packs and ended up buying this one because of its good reviews, minimal design, and excellent price. The bright pink was a plus for me too - my favorite color and high visibility.Overall, I'm extremely happy with this pack and I'm feeling a lot better about all the upcoming 15-20 mile long runs before my marathon.

Excellent Hydration Vest for Endurance Distances
At first, I used this hydration vest for a few shorter runs just to try it out. It worked great. There was enough room to fit all my fluids and food, as well as extras like phone and keys while having enough adjustment to keep it snug and comfortable while running.Last weekend, I finally had a chance to give this the testing it deserved when I competed in the 8 hour obstacle course endurance race. I used this pack the entire time and used it to carry fluids, food, supplies, and anything I needed. Short summary, it worked great and I am highly satisfied. For the longer description, read on. The pockets and compartments worked great to hold everything I needed and the adjustment straps kept the vest close to me and comfortable while running 20+ trail miles and going in and out of mud and water very frequently. The only thing I noticed was that the front pouches used to hold the water bottles would hold a bit of water when submerged with me. I just had to squeeze them out to empty the water. This speaks for the seals as well on the rest of the vest. While some water would get in, the main compartment was pretty well sealed up with the zipper, that I never noticed an excess water sloshing around. So it either kept the water out or drained what water did get in. I had a 2 Liter bladder that I purchased separately from this vest quite a while ago. When checking things out, I noticed this was a bit big for the vest, but would still fit. I think the optimum size would be a 1.5 Liter bladder. Also note that the bladder attachment, which is velcro, is a single loop in the center. My 2 liter bladder was made for 2 loops, one on each side. I could still make it work, but wanted to let others know in case they were looking to use a bladder purchased separately as well. This is a great vest at a great price point and I'd recommend it for people looking for an option to the $100+ vests that are sold by the name brand companies.

Doesn't bounce or chafe, fits well and holds a lot.
This is my first use of a running vest. I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with a water bladder. That's really my fault; it doesn't have one pictured, I just made an assumption. I tried it out for the first time for a half-marathon. I was a bit hesitant to try it for the first time on such a long run, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. I put a full hydration bladder, an Iphone 7, GU packs and more in it. I noticed no, and I mean no chafing, rubbing or discomfort after wearing it for over 3 hours. At first it felt a little constricting on my chest and I was concerned I might have trouble breathing. Once I started running, the best compliment I can give this vest is that I didn't think about it at all except to reach for my drinking straw. I am easily distracted by uncomfortable clothes, bouncing belts, loops or straps, and there was none of that with this vest. I did notice that the chest straps (in front) loosened up over time and required tightening. This appears to be of good build quality. Time will tell how well it lasts, but I would strongly recommend it. And for the price, it can't be beat. Well done!Pros: Good initial quality, lots of storage, fits well and doesn't bounce or chafe. Excellent bang for your buck.Cons: It might be a bit small for larger men. I 6 foot, 220lbs and I had it almost completely loose to fit me.

Comfortable with hydration options!
Vest is lightweight and comfortable. I like the option of using a hydra pack in the back or bottles in the front. Worked great for a recent 10 mile beach walk.
