## Description

Introduced in 1982 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Zippo, the Brass lighters continue to be one of Zippo's most popular lighter collections with a wide array of styles, sizes, and designs to choose from. The following finishes are included in this collection; Brushed Brass, High Polish Brass, Herringbone Sweep, Diagonal Weave, Gold Dust, and Venetian. Each lighter has a distinctive pattern, bottom stamp signifying the year it was made in, is refillable, and is backed by Zippo's famous lifetime guarantee. All windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory and come packaged in a gift box.

Review: Best type of zippo IMO - Good product. I meant to get the shiny one but this is exactly what it describes and like all zippos it works flawlessly. The metal is much thicker then a normal one and this adds to the Weight. When you hold it and use it you know you have a heavy duty lighter that will last many many years. The coating will fade after prolonged use and anyone who knows zippos that's the desired effect. I've attached photos of the lighter after a few months of using it nonstop. I've also dropped it a few times and you will see battle damage but that add character.

Pros: -Fits well in your pocket -Brass version apparently has tighter seals, meaning less evaporation -Looks sleek, and builds a patina nicely -Totally satisfying to play with Cons: -Lighter fluid does tend to evaporate, but I'd say it's less of a problem with this zippo than other lighters -Purchasing lighter fluid can be expensive (but there's a flint/wick/fluid bundle for $8 on desertcart which is fantastic)

**Q: whats the differences between 'armor' high polished and high polished?**
A: 'ARMOR' high Polish is much heavier gauge brass, much heavier❗️

**Q: Does the solid brass version actually have 'Solid Brass' written on it like pictured?**
A: What's funny is all zippos are made from brass sheet metal. Unless it's a limited edition run the brass zippo and the solid brass zippo are both solid brass zippos. Only real difference is the stamp. All the chrome and nickel zippos are plated brass.

**Q: Does it has lighter fluid in ?**
A: No. You will have to buy ronsonol lighter fluid for it.

**Q: Is the Zippo lighter allowed to be taken in the airplane (in the suitcase)?**
A: If you search the web for `tsa lighter`, the first results from the TSA-dot-gov website say "yes" for carry-on, "yes (but)" for checked. Full statement reads: "Disposable and Zippo lighters without fuel are allowed in checked bags. Lighters with fuel are prohibited in checked bags, unless they adhere to the Department of Transportation exemption, which allows up to two fueled lighters if properly enclosed in a DOT approved case."
