Long and tedious build. Overall nice quality
First, the wood is a good quality. The screws and such are as well, although the screws were a little short to make this really sturdy.I know when I read reviews for this I was mainly concerned with how difficult the assembly would be. The answer to that is: difficult. I hired a licensed handy man and he and my husband assembled it together. It absolutely took two ppl to do this. It also took a good 4 hours, with no breaks. So be prepared for this to be a long assembly. That being said, the directions were clear. It’s just a lot of work.I think the house is worth the effort for quality and such, but if you don’t have someone that knows what he or she is doing to build this, you may want a different product.

Exactly As Pictured
Box was delivered in good condition and we had zero broken pieces after I unboxed everything so that was awesome. It took me 5 ish hours to put together by myself. The only part I got help with was putting the roof on because the braces used to attach the roof panels together is kind of flimsy and the panels will come apart of you aren't careful when you lift it. I found out the hard way but luckily nothing broke when one of the panels came off when I was trying to put the roof on myself. All of the parts are labeled so that helps a lot know where everything goes. The biggest advice I'd give is to pay close to the orientation of the panels in the instructions and keep a close eye on where all the holes should be. I messed up twice and had to go back and take something apart to flip it around so the holes lined up right. Besides that it's a pretty easy and straightforward thing to put together, it's just time consuming, but the kids love it!

Cute little playhouse
We love this little house! The natural wood finish matches our deck and it is just the right size for my little ones. It took my 5 year old and myself 2 sessions/days of 2-3 hours each to build it. I am well versed in building from pictures thanks to putting my entire apt together from ikea, so if you can follow Ikea instructions, this will be a breeze. If I didn’t have Covid and my 5 year old hadn’t demanded to help me, I probably could have built it quicker. Some of the wooden pieces weren’t labeled, so I had to take a guess at some of the building steps, but I always guessed correctly. The door and it’s hinges were the most frustrating, time consuming thing to put together. While building, some of the pieces seemed pretty wobbly, but once the roof was secured it seems sturdy enough. A couple wood pieces were chipped or warped, but not so much that it is very noticeable. I live in a very foggy neighborhood, near the beach, so we tarp it every night to protect it. I will post an update if anything changes. Not pictured because they haven’t been delivered yet are all the accessories we got to add on - little numbers to make an address, AstroTurf, outdoor carpeting, welcome mat, and lights!TLDR: single mom can built it, so you can too. Kids love it! Accessorize it to make it yours.

Very cute and fun!
Very cute and sturdier than I thought. I bought the cover also, because we have a lot of storms. My daughter loves it. It can be frustrating to build, but it’s important to organize everything beforehand, read it through once, and then tackle it. (I’ve built several). It takes 2 people to fully put it all together. I built mine in sections, and then framed it together. A few extra corner brackets from a home store wouldn’t hurt.

Product as pictured
Decent enough build, took about 4 to 5 hours by myself to complete not including inventory time, what sucked the most is the first couple of walls and the roof is horrible, it's a solid roof when it's on there no doubt but putting it up is definitely a two man job, it is very filmsy at its connecting joints (it's three separate pieces connect by two 2x4's) some important pieces were warped or cracked and 1 hole for the roof was not drilled out, had to drill it myself along with two other holes not properly spaced at the door area, I'm 6'2 so this house is a good size since I was able to get in and out of it with relative ease which you'll need to do to secure the roof..once the bolts were secured the warps didn't matter too much unless you're a snob about perfect seals all the way around this is a great purchase, no floor piece so if it's outside in dirt I suggest foam tiles, faux grass, or a carpet for your kids feet.. a good wood seal is a must the wood on the bench feels a bit coarse and as i said before some pieces came cracked.

Perfect for toddlers!
My kids love using the mailbox and chalkboard. They also enjoy the sink inside. We decorated the inside with all kinds of pictures and the kids absolutely enjoy taking their snacks on the picnic table.
