For the price point this is a well made coat that performs well. It's keeping me toasty warm in the mid-west winter. I love that the hood is detachable since I prefer hats, but I also am glad it's an option if I want to use it. I love the cuffed sleeves. I have trouble finding coats that have long enough sleeves. These hit just right and the cuff keeps the cold out and fits nicely over gloves. The longer length is perfect. I have a long torso and I, again, have trouble finding coats that are a good length. This is long enough to keep you really warm, keep out the draft, but it's not hard to sit in or get in and out of a car it. While the neck zips up high, the fit at the neck is sort of loose, so on windy days you may want a scarf, but this is not a big issue for me. I am 5 foot 9 inches and weigh about 145 pounds and I got the large. I am glad I did, but I would not mind if it was a bit more snug fit around the waist. But I think a medium would be too small. It's thick without being bulky. It does well in wind and I've been out in snow and single digits in it and it did great for me. I hate cold weather but this has made walking the dogs so much less awful. I also like the multiple pockets - 4 outer ones on the front. I put my phone in a top one so they lower ones are free for my hands. They are nice and deep and a great extra layer when gloves are not quite enough. I liked mine so much I recommended the brand to my son and he got one of the men's coats and he loves it as well. Overall it's a great buy that performs well and it has a great profile that looks good on. Would buy again.

This is the perfect coat for COLD weather! I was looking for something that would keep me warm walking my dog in the sub-freezing weather we've been having--he has a nice warm puffer dog coat so I chose this one for me and I'm glad I did. It fits well, not too loose and not too tight--I could layer under it but I don't need to. Just took a mile walk in 0 degrees with only a t-shirt and jeans under this coat and I was toasty warm the whole way. The zipper feels strong and serviceable, the coat material feels light but durable, not slick or easily snagged, and the "fur" around the hood looks ok. I wanted a warm coat long enough to keep me warm from head to thighs and this one is just what I wanted.

This coat is attractive and fits well. I had concerns that it would be too heavy and boxy but it is not. It's a medium weight, not too stiff material. The color is a bluish grey. I wanted a coat that would be a happy medium between a long jacket and a coat that's just above my knees (I'm 5"7,) and this coat meets that requirement. I also found it to be very warm. The one thing I don't like about it is the fur around the hood. It looks ratty and sparse, not befitting such a nice coat, so I unzipped and removed it. If I could make one suggestion to the manufacturer, it would be that they should consider providing a more attractive piece of faux fur or eliminate that part altogether.

First the good. The color of this coat is REALLY nice. The fabric is soft and doesn't make a swooshing sound when you walk. It is also water repellent (at least in a light rain for a little while-i wasn't out very long) The arm cuffs are nice and tight so no cold air is blowing up your sleeves. It has a good pocket configuration. Two at the waist, two at the breast, one on the inside. The length hits me about mid-thigh. I am 5'4, 115lbs. I have the waist sinched in to it's tightest, there is still room for a sweater. It did keep me nice and warm but full disclosure my part of the world had a very mild winter last year.Now the bad. Firstly my photos. Not great, sorry. I had just taken the coat out of packaging and it was a bit wrinkled. Now the issue with the hood. As you can see from my pictures it is quite large. The fur trim is held on with 5 snaps instead of a zipper so it creates large gaps between the trim and the hood itself. With the trim removed the Hood is still very large. I am going to do some fancy sewing to make it fit. It doesn't have a two way zipper. Some coats of this length have 2 zipper slides on one zipper tape. So you can zip one clear to the top then zip the other up a little ways, opening the zipper tape just a bit, allowing some leg room. So when driving I have to pull the coat up above my hips to feel comfortable.Other than that I am pleased with the coat.

I wanted a long, lightweight, but warm, puffy coat and this is everything I wanted and more!Fit: I wear an XL in tops and was afraid the XL in this wouldn't allow me to move with a heavy sweater or jacket underneath, but the fit is perfect! The length was perfect, hitting right below my booty to keep it warm!I only wish the hood snapped around my neck to keep it tight on my head. Without it, the wind blows it off and/or it covers my eyes and I can't see! But, if you can find that sweet spot where it stays on and you can see, it's warm! Also, the pockets are deep enough that gloves won't fall out!Color: as shown in picture. A fun, light purple.Warmth: What can I say: this held up in -30 wind chills. I never felt the cold under the coat! I love the sweater cuffs on it, no air was coming up those sleeves!This coat is a great bargain and I'm hoping it holds up for a couple of winters. It's cheap enough I'm thinking of buying another in a diff color as a spare!Highly recommend!

So far no dislikes at all. I found this jacket very comfortable and warm. I really liked the longer length for added warmth. I am not a fan of hoods and especially with fur but knew it was a removeable hood which I made sure of before buying. I also like that the side pockets snap and not zippers.

When it arrived I was shocked how thin or was, and convinced it wouldn't be warm enough for our Canadian winters - but boy, was I wrong! Nice and toasty, and not at all bulky! A really great purchase, especially considering the price! Fits larger than I expected, but that means plenty of room to wear a thick sweater underneath.

Je l'adore!N.B.: Prenez un point plus petit cependant, en vous basant sur le tableau des tailles du fabricant.Exemple: Je mesure 5 pieds, 3 pouces et poids entre 135-140 livres. J'ai un bon buste faisant 40 C et la largeur de mes épaules est de 15.4 pouces avec taille 29. Si je m'étais fiée au tableau, j'aurais dû prendre un Large. Heureusement que j'ai pris un MEDIUM, car il fait vraiment bien, très confortable dans ma liberté de mouvement avec possibilité même, de mettre un gros chandail épais en-dessous ou... deux couches de chandail.Pourquoi avoir choisi Medium? Parce que j'avais commandé un autre modèle différent de cette compagnie auparavant dans le Large, en suivant le tableau des tailles et... je flottais littéralement dedans, l'ayant retourné et... n'aimant pas la coupe du modèle différent également.Celui-ci cache bien mes fesses en surplus, sans descendre trop long sur mes cuisses, tel une mini-jupe (ou une mini-robe plutôt... haha!!! Exactement ce que je recherchais. Je le recommande vraiment!Ce modèle-ci est très léger, ce qui est agréable. Je ne sais pas jusqu'à quel point il sera chaud et imperméable avec nos hivers québécois allant jusqu'à -30 ou + ou, avec le verglas parfois... Ça reste à tester et je vous reviendrai à ce niveau plus tard en saison.Les manches sont longues avec poignet noir serrés (élastiques), c'est super! En ce qui concerne le collet de fourrure, c'est vraiment synthétique cependant et il n'a pas le toucher très doux de d'autres fourrures synthétiques de grande qualité. Bien quand-même en apparence et malgré ce petit bémol, je lui laisse la note de 5 étoiles.... puisqu'il n'y a pas 4 et demi étoiles.Pour le prix, si je compare avec d'autres grandes marques de qualité achetées en vente à un prix similaire ou légèrement supérieur, un collet synthétique de plus grande qualité aurait été apprécié. Somme toute, je vous le recommande!
