Review of The Wealthy Code by George Antone
You know that Trump got VERY wealthy through real estate, right? You’ve probably read his books (if not, you should). They are an overview of his style and philosophy, but they don’t really tell you specifically how he did it.Well, George Antone does tell you, not through the exploits of Donald Trump but through the realities of financial multiplication of wealth, at every level. He understands the system, how it works and how you can make finance work for you. It’s not about “investing” in the normal sense of the word. It’s more about manipulating financial leverage into favorable terms to make you rich.Antone is not just an author who looked up this information. He’s an author who has actually used all of the information within this book to make himself very wealthy. Now, he’s willing to show you exactly how to become very wealthy yourself. You can continue to work hard for the rest of your life, hoping to retire and get by on government checks or you can put the information in this book to work and become a rich “money farmer.”(You’ll understand that term better after you read the book)Best book on creating wealth that Ive ever read!

so get smart and read a book like this before you spend ...
Financing isn't sexy, but the money you bank from a thoughtfully executed plan is, so get smart and read a book like this before you spend another week on a self-help or high-risk, high-return investing book.Pretty much every book I have read on the topic of real estate investing either serves as a mindset motivator or focuses on squeezing pennies out of an underpriced property to force appreciation. This is a book about the numbers that matter to the investor in financing the asset. You have to remember, the bankers and mortgage and real estate brokers might be experts, but they are not coming to the table with the same mindset and personal risk as an investor. Even with your best interest at heart, they unknowingly are not structuring your financing in a way that maximizes your deal's potential and risk avoidance.George Antone is not pitching obnoxious scenarios encouraging you to leverage your entire life or beg your friends and family for private loans. You learn how to create deals funded with thoughtful, ingenious financing. Likely, on properties that the high-risk, over-leveraged investors lost to the bank.A well-structured plan for financing properties will shift you from the investor begging for money to the investor turning it away.

Easy Read - Great Content
I enjoyed this book for many reasons already mentioned. My number #1 reason is that this book has at least one diagram per page. Now, I know how that sounds, however, keep in mind the author covers advanced concepts in simple terms with diagrams that help explain key concepts. So having diagrams on practically every page was absolutely helpful. Also, every chapter has a summary of main lessons learned in that chapter. Great also.I had heard of SOME of these concepts in the past, but never understood them well. The author put all these together and connected all the dots for me. I found myself finally understanding the concepts (although I had to read things several times sometimes carefully) and how they all inter-relate.Reading this book, you find yourself going "a-ha" many times, and realizing that it is building your confidence in generating passive income.I wish I knew this years ago.PS: I recommend you download the free software while reading the book so that you can follow the examples better. Download it early on in the book.

A MUST Read!
This is a MUST read! A friend of mine handed me this book, and I was skeptical - another "get rich quick" book! By the time I was done with the 3rd chapter, I knew this would be different... And it was! I can say that EVERY investor needs to read this book. It does not reveal some "secret" money making idea, however, it reveals detailed principles that any investor can use to become wealthy. I am not talkng about "positive thinking" and principles like that, I am talking about SPECIFIC metrics and concepts that you can use immediately.I see other reviews mentioning Rich Dad Poor Dad. I am not a big fan of Robert Kiyosaki. I think this book is way better. My background is a real estate developer (since 1980's). I have read many books on investing, and I can tell I learned things in this book that I have never seen before, even as a seasoned investor. The only downside is that I wish the book had more examples. Other than that, it is very well done.

I would give it 5 stars, if you could read and see all the diagrams in this book
This is a good book for someone looking to further there financial intelligence. It teaches you mostly about real estate and how to invest wiselyI. I would give it 5 stars, if you could read and see all the diagrams in this ebook. It may be better in the paper copy. The leverage calculator works on a computer, it would be great if this were available on mobile devices. Like I said before I think it’s a 5 star read.
