Waste your money
I bought 2 of these cabinets. Both of them stopped working and I had no way of knowing because Indicator light and timer still came on but no heat! They literally have to be thrown away.

It is really HOT!
It is really hot, but the cover stays warm. It is hot like an oven so I am sure no gems will live. Please wait until it cools down, or you will burn your finger trying to get stuff out.
