Excellent service provided
I purchased a mirror dash cam that stopped working after 2-years of use. I paid for this extended warranty because I was reading some of the one star reviews and felt it was prudent for me to extend the warranty in case my purchase stopped working. I contacted ASURION and they were able to provide me with a full refund for the purchase. I now use Asurion warranty service for any higher dollar value item that I purchase on Amazon.

Worth Getting
We have purchased the extended warranty on a number of items & used it a couple of times. The first time, they were able to do a repair & return the item to us. The second time they were not able to do a repair, so they refunded us once we sent the broken unit to them via prepaid UPS label they provided. It is definitely worth spending a little extra to get those 3 yrs of added protection beyond the manufacturers warranty.

The demon receiver was a great receiver and I would definitely recommend buying another denon receiver that was the best receiver I bought. It was easy to install had good picture. Really good customer service

Effortless!
This is the first time I submitted a claim on a camera that broke. The online process to file a claim was easy and subsequent claim processed without delay or aggravation. Within a few days or receiving my camera (shipping paid for by Asurion), they notified me that my camera was irreparable and provided an immediate credit to my Amazon account. I put more effort into this review than the claim. I am beyond pleased and grateful that I had this coverage.

Horrible service company all around plan a complete disgrace!!!
I have been calling since last week. My claim was approved but no one has contacted me back about when Ups is coming to get the speaker. When I called they told me I had to go to Amazon, when I called Amazon they told me I had to call Asurion, neither or company can seem to assist me with a replacement cord and I have the Asurion protection. I want my Asurion money back since no one can answer the phone and or give me a proper answer. Mind yall Asurion said they was going to have Ups pick it up in a 24-48 hrs that was 4 days ago, when I called back today I have been hung up on 5 times consecutively this is the most disrespectful company possible and the fact that you guys would offer to help people and protect their electronics is distasteful because it’s false advertisement. If I would’ve known that you guys weren’t going to send me a replacement cord and I was gonna have to buy my own. I would’ve never opted for the protection plan because I’m not protecting nothing. And the fact that I have to send you guys the whole speaker just for you guys to check it out to make sure that it was just the cord is insane never again. Don’t promise protection and completely neglect the buyer and or your word. Y’all did nothing for me as far as a protection plan goes besides cause me trauma, headaches, triggered my PTSD and anxiety through the roof. Y’all are a trash company entirely!!!

No fuss, no muss!
We bought this insurance after purchasing a VR headset, something so fragile that a parent shudders at the thought of giving it to a 12 year old. Sure enough, it was dropped and broken. We got online with Asurion, entered the appropriate information, boxed up the VR headset, and dropped it at UPS, postage paid. Within 24 hours, an Amazon gift card for the entire purchase price of the headset appeared in our Amazon account. I was stunned. I will henceforth buy an Asurion policy with EVERY electronic device that I buy from Amazon. - Happy Customer
