Looks beautiful in our home but quality is a little "iffy."
Pros: Nice color, modern design, compact and lightweight but not flimsy. Also came with two sets of bulbs-one clear and one blue, with a spare for each color. Nice touch.Cons: Upon opening the package I immediately noticed the glued on pad on the bottom that the unit rests on was all rolled up. It was easy enough for me to straighten and flatten out, but it does speak to the quality, or quality control of the factory in China. Some of the bulbs went in very easily, while others were extremely difficult to screw down. I have a feeling that some of the reviewers who complained of defective units might have been experiencing the same problem but didn't realize it. I surmise this because when I first set mine up, I too thought all the "candles" but one were defective. It turned out that I just needed to carefully screw down the bulbs further and tighter than you might expect. There was a lot of resistance on some of them, and I was nervous about putting too much pressure on such delicate tiny bulbs. It is important for me to add the disclaimer that I cannot distinguish for sure as to whether this problem is with the manufacturing quality of the menorah itself or of the bulbs. My inclination is that its actually the threading on the bulbs rather than the sockets in the menorah because I did try switching out one very stubborn bulb and was able to screw it down with more ease. In order to be sure I'll have to fool around with it some more, but at this point, I'm leaving well enough alone as its working perfectly now. Despite the pitfalls, its exactly what we were looking for and looks beautiful in our home.

Nice Menorah
I haven't used it properly yet, but with a new kitten running around I was hesitant to use a real menorah this year. It came with clear and blue lights, and you manually screw in each bulb night by night to light it up. I've left mine part of the way out so it will just take a couple turns. The bulbs were a little tricky at first; some of them were glued funny and the threads didn't meet up quite right, but after some effort I got them all in. I used the blue ones, and they look very pretty. I think it's a tad overpriced but it's one of the cheapest models on the market so worth the money for what you get. Also has a handy off and on switch.

The pictures don't do it justice
The media could not be loaded. I just got it today and I have to say that I'm really pleased with the way it looks. It has a nice feel and the workmanship is excellent. last year I made the mistake of waiting until the last minute to get a menorah and never got one. This year I wasn't going to take that chance.

Simple basic product
This product seems quite foolproof and simple to use. Good for window display.

Beautiful except blue bulbs are not same color but white ones are fine
This menorah works great but the blue lights are not as pictured and a few are different shades of blue. Otherwise, thos company produces a great product and has great customer service! As all electric menorah you have to have a lot of patients to screw in the light bulbs and only fit 11mm bulbs. They are not interchangeable with mom menorah bulbs.

but in person it's actually great! It's not light plastic
I wasn't crazy about how this looked online, but in person it's actually great! It's not light plastic... it's a heavier material. Very cute. The light bulbs screw in and out so you can light up the correct candles each night. It's also more of a grey than pewter, but still nice. I wish the light bulbs were bigger, but it will definitely serve it's purpose. Comes with blue and white bulbs.

Electric Menorah
Pros: The item is nice, small, well costructed with clean sharp lines. Due to the size of the bulbs they are not easy to install. A small star of David either holding the Shamash or at its base or in the center would be neat.Cons: I paid for a NEW Menorah and received a used one. The electric cord was not wrapped as found in unused items and the blues bulbs were not in a plastic bags as where the white ones. They were loose in the box. There was no paperwork in the box so I do know where to order replacement bulbs.

Modern Menorah
Bought this menorah as a replacement for the exact same model, except this one is silver in color. And it also came with pretty blue lights. One of the lights wasn't working, and I thought I would have to send it back. Turns out the light bulb was at fault. Replaced it with another light bulb and it worked.
