Sturdy toilet seat.
Does not move and that is why I purchased it. It is built good and sturdy and doesn't bend when you sit on the lid when it is closed.

Bemis not the same quality
Product indicated Heavy Duty, it is notAlready seeing a stess line in seat where it was glued. It is not a molded seat. I am single and weigh 135lbs, this shouldn't be happening.

Doesn't move, slide, screws don't fall off...
This is the best toilet seat I have purchased. It doesn't move and the screws don't fall off like the other toilet seats. I wasted so much money on expensive toilet seats that kept moving and the screws would keep popping off. This one is a good deal and the seat and screws don't budge. I love it. I could have saved so much money if I found this one first.

Excellent toilet seat, does not become loose
We rent upscale restroom trailers for weddings and special events. Our toilet seats were always becoming loose and virtually impossible to keep tight. The plastic bolts on standard residential grade toilet seats kept breaking and it was very aggravating to have to keep replacing them. You have to remove the toilets to get access to the seat wing nuts. When I first discovered these commercial seats, I was impressed that the tightening bolts were made of steel and the tightening nuts were hex shaped and much longer and stronger. The nuts are tightened with a ratchet from underneath until a preset torque is achieved. Most toilet seats have plastic screws with a plastic wing nut on the underside and the screw head is accessed beneath a plastic flip lid on the hinge. The bolt heads on these seats are molded into the seat hinge which also eliminates a lot of cleaning problems that are created with other seats. Since we started using these commercial grade seats, our problems with loose seats have been eliminated. If you keep experiencing problems with loose toilet seats, I can highly recommend these commercial grade toilet seats. They cost slightly more but they are well worth the money.

OMG JUST WHAT I NEEDED!
This is just what i needed! well worth the money! Our toilet seat was loose when we moved into our new place. We changed it out but the toilet seats had all plastic mounting. Even though the screws are plastic the seat has bolts and it really sits firm! I installed it by myself in 10 mins flat. Easy peasy! ill update if it ever goes arry but as of right now im a happy camper! Def worth the $$$ Spent!

does not move or loosen
I went through 4 toilet seats this year, I bought a resin one it broke. One wooden way too small of an opening. Another could not keep from moving. This one with the bolts attached has not moved I have had for 3 months now and has bene the most comfortable out of the 4 seats, very mild contour but not too much. I loved that it installed with a ratchet was so much easier than the others

Who knew a toilet seat could be so satisfying
Love love love these. I bought 3. I remodeled my bathroom. Very pleased with how it looks but this might be one if my favorite features. I've had plastic seat/lids before with various downfalls. This one is just the right thickness easy to lift the lid and/or seat. Easy to install. Much easier to keep clean.
