I never write reviews... My husband does all our Amazon reviews. Since this is something purchased for me to use and I feel strongly about getting the reviews for this product to be accurate, here's my thoughts:I was so excited about this product when I heard about it on Dr Boz' YouTube video. But then, I saw the only review on Amazon and it was negative! However, the next week when I watched her video, she mentioned that the strength was "prescription", but there is no such thing. So, probably 1/2 scoop would be best to start out with. I guess that helps me understand the negative review a little better. But, trusting Dr Boz completely, I decided to try the product out for myself.Since I received it late today I used about 1/3 scoop. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste!! I like the strawberry much better than the raspberry flavor used in her other product. Mixed it with plain water. I expected to have to add juice or cream to it. The taste was great with plain cold water! Tomorrow I will start using 1/2 scoop.Buy this you won't regret it!Ketones are very expensive. Therefore, I wanted to spend my money on ketones that Dr Boz recommends.

I baught this a week ago and it really upped my ketones and with fasting i actually lost weight. I was stalled for a few weeks . Im 53 and have been keto for almost 2 months. Love the taste!

In fact, I have recommended this product to my daughter to help her on her keto journey as well. We add a scoop of ketone powder in a water bottle and sip on it throughout the day. This version of exogenous ketones includes MCT powder which creates a creamier flavor than the raspberry lemonade ketones in a can. Both flavors are great, but we do prefer the ketones with th MCT powder.Thank you, Dr. Boz for being a leader to so many people on their journey to becoming healthy.

I added a scoop to a 20 ounce glass of ice water, it was the perfect combination. Loved the flavor! It satisfied my sweet tooth and I gained beautiful ketones. Win, win! Definitely will buy again!

I am a fan of “ketones in a can” by Dr. Boz and have been using another MCT oil powder but had to try her combo when I heard about it. Not only was the taste GREAT, I found myself feeling satisfied and energized throughout a busy day of appointments and errands. I measured my ketones when I got home and they were at 3.2 with a glucose reading of 81. I’m sold on this product!!
